First, I wish I was commending high quality service, delicious food and great customer service but unfortunately that has not been my experience. I could provide so many examples of Super Fit Foods messing up my orders and not delivering my orders. It would take a multi page document to outline all the details of the time I have wasted driving to a location to pick up my meals just to find they are not there or are incorrect. Just now I showed up to get this weeks orders and what do I find - last weeks orders that were not there when I went to get them last week (had an entire conversation with the guy at the pick up spot about it - and every other person's order was there). Also, takes FORTY-EIGHT HOURS for them to call you back. It is physically impossible to get in touch with someone to try to resolve the very frequent and extremely frustrating mistakes they continually make over and over again. Let me repeat that - if you have an issue, show up to pick up the meals you purchased and they are not there, are incorrect and/or missing, it takes them 2 days to even respond to you and if you miss the call it might take another day or 2 of phone tag to get in touch with someone. I’ve wasted half of so many lunch breaks driving to and from the drop off locations just for my meals not to be there. I work hard, long hours and have a very regimented schedule. It really throws everything off when I show up and my meals are not there, then it’s impossible to get in touch with someone to fix the mistake THEY made. I want to support local business and understand we are all human and make mistakes but it is too much. Especially frustrating when it keeps happening over and over again. I’ve tried to give them chances, they’ve tried to right the wrongs but I’m just sick of it. Sharing my experience, leaving a 1 star review, cancelling my service (I’ve been a customer for a while - have purchased over 80 meals so have a decent sample size) and disputing the last charge with my credit card company (since my meals were not there). Please do yourself a favor, save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration and do not use this company. You will very likely regret it.

Food tastes ok. Priced ok. My issue is not to the food- but rather how company is ran.
I spoke with owner concerning some issues with child labor laws not being enforced and to question why my son was let go after 18 months working for them. He said my son "ate his hamburger and ice cream for too long and used the bathroom for 12 minutes which is too long--and then was on his phone too much" First off, they are allowed 30 minutes for every 4 hours worked. Secondly a grown man timing my MINOR CHILD in the restroom is just creepy. I can also tell you he doesn't require employees to have a food handling certificate/class, as my son was never required to have one. And there claim to be 'gluten free' is a joke. Most of the recipes aren't matched to the macros they claim. The new owner, who I guess was the original owner, is creating a toxic workplace and frankly "doesn't care about his employees, he is just trying to save the business" which he repeated multiple times. Also one of the rudest individuals I've ever spoken with and I was just trying to find out why he fired my son to see what I needed to work on as far as educating him about his work ethic. After speaking with him----I'm not so sure it was my child after all.
