Found this great little place been visiting the beaches. You can order on a touch screen or at the counter. There is sesting inside and outside. They will deliver your food and drinks to your table. Everywhere inside and out is perfectly clean. I ordered the eel rice bowl. It was amazing. Had some seaweed included. On the side I got crab wonton. All of it perfectly made with flavors.
Parking: Shared parking lot with lots of other restaurants and stores.

Tsaocaa has great food and boba tea. Their boba is my favorite that I’ve had in Jacksonville and they have a very wide variety of options. They also have a ton of food and their Korean fried chicken is delicious. I really enjoy their new fried chicken bowls as well. Every time that I’ve visited the staff has been so friendly and the service is phenomenal. Would recommend - they have something for everyone.

A hidden gem in Neptune Beach!! The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. The shop is warm and inviting. Tsaocaa is a must visit if you're in Atlantic or Neptune Beach. The brown sugar boba, teriyaki chicken skewers, and Korean corndogs were so delicious we will be coming back again and again
