Tsaocaa has great food and boba tea. Their boba is my favorite that I’ve had in Jacksonville and they have a very wide variety of options. They also have a ton of food and their Korean fried chicken is delicious. I really enjoy their new fried chicken bowls as well. Every time that I’ve visited the staff has been so friendly and the service is phenomenal. Would recommend - they have something for everyone.

Love this location. They are so friendly and the food is delicious! My nephews always ask to stop by here and I'm okay with that. Haha. You definitely need to make a stop here! SO fun!

There is sesting inside and outside. They will deliver your food and drinks to your table. Everywhere inside and out is perfectly clean.
I ordered the eel rice bowl. It was amazing. Had some seaweed included. On the side I got crab wonton. All of it perfectly made with flavors.
