The cashier was nice took my order came back with the food quickly but I felt as though my pizza was already there sitting for for a while it was not fresh and hot but I had just got off work and I was tired ready to go home so I did not go back and address it I just said I would write a review

I stack 1500 points at least once a month. This location has their ups and downs LIKE ANY ESTABLISHMENT ANYWHERE. But the staff is always super diligent and nice. Food is always fresh and made to order.
Edit: i wanna say the past two or three visits in a row, have all been wrong. Morning, evening, night its all gone wrong. From, a wrong shake, missing ketchup, up to missing items, or most common. Wrong food. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE, sitting in line or inside for 20 minutes only to be left hungry… im about to drive 15 minutes farther, for a different whataburger
I will say the staff is usually awesome, the managers as well.

We visited this location at 12:27 am on 8/24/25 and this was our 1st Whataburger visit ever. We were waited on by Mike Culbreth, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He made a good experience phenomenal! He deserves every kudos, raises and bonuses you can give him!

Went in at 8:30 in the morning to get something to eat. Stood up the counter for over 20 minutes then ask somebody if I was going to get any help and she got an attitude. This is the second time I've I've tried this place and the second time just poor poor customer service
I've always enjoyed the food. I just don't enjoy the prices that they now have. Two meals cost more than $20 and one of those was a jr meal. Again the food is great.

The food was tasty and fresh. It was a little slow to get our food but I think it was a bit busy. The young man at the counter (Aaron) was very warm and friendly. He’s basically the reason I decided to leave a review. In fact when I stopped back by the counter just to get his name he went out of his way to make sure everything was good with me. He deserves an accolade.
