AMICI PIZZA II New Port Richey

Terrible customer service. Whoever the young girl is at the counter needs training on etiquette when greeting customers and retrieving orders. Very disgusting attitude. I see workers wearing slides making pizzas ? Seeing workers on their phones while in the kitchen ? Glad I was just picking up food for uber. Wouldn’t dare eat here.

Best NY style pizza I've tried since moving down here 18 years ago. I didn't have high hopes after being disappointed numerous times before. We ordered the veggie pizza. It was loaded with veggies and the crust held up (no drooping when folded). Next time we'll ask for no broccoli. Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

Oddly tasteless. Pizza crust was tasteless. Sauce tasteless. Cheese had no flavor. Toppings were tasteless. Garlic knots had great!! texture-soft with a crispy outside but again.....flavorless. The cannoli was delicious.

Also I got delivery and nothing was secured against driver tampering/eating. A little tape and a stapled bag go a long way. First time since covid that I've ordered delivery from anywhere and the food has been left unsecured. Just based on that issue alone I wouldn't order from here again.
I was looking forward to a NY style pizza so this was disappointing.

The service was okay but the atmosphere was quite busy and the place was small

Pizza dough too chewy for me and would skip the small dessert plastic cup tiramisu or almond @5.99 ea (expected a real slice of both).

One of the most disappointing things is the fact that they charge $3 for delivery but only give their driver $1 of it, how greedy can you get? The food has gone downhill as has the customer service, sad we considered it one of the best around.

I ordered three big city lunch specials when I arrived home I noticed that it was just big city with sauce. I went back to Amici‘s and explained that they had given me just with sauce the very heavyset young girl with dark brown hair at the counter rolled her eyes at me and said no that’s what you ordered. Eat it. I said I wanted the baked. She said well if you want the big city slap some cheese on it my family friends schools all ordered from Amici‘s on a very regular basis. This will never happen again as I was treated so rudely by the heavyset girl that rolled her eyes She had such a terrible attitude. I left the food on the counter and walked out and they took my money on top of it.

Thieves and liars work here. Make sure you check your card statements because the delivery drivers that work here think it’s okay to add their own tips to the receipt even after they were given a cash tip!! When brought to the owner’s attention, we were called liars - She must’ve felt like an a**hole when she was showed the video proof of her driver getting handed the cash tip!! They definitely lost a handful of customers because of this. Charges for robbery could be pressed, be mindful of that!!!

Sorry to say that pizza is way too oily which suggests it's poor quality cheese the picture below is from one slice of pizza; just a thought of it makes me sick ? I'm going to buy fresh dough from Publix and make my own pizza with good fresh quality ingredients. It's the only way to ensure you get good food at home cook it yourself

This establishment has gone way down hill. The pizza smelled gross and was almost inedible. The mozzarella sticks tasted like fried dough. Expensive and disgusting.

We purchased a canzone, pizza , cheese sticks, and meatballs

It's my family's tradition during hurricanes to order from AMICI. They are a bit out of the way from where we live. They were the only place open a few hurricanes ago and served us a hot meal. So every hurricane we get excited cause that means AMICI pizza!!
Ordered today. The people working were in such good spirits. The food... OMG! Pizza is freaking melt in your mouth. The garlic knots, not too crispy, not too soft, perfect amount of garlic and seasonings also melt in your mouth. LG Greek salad, thing is packed full! I mean I don't know how they got the lid to close. Packed with everything you know and love about a Greek salad. My family really appreciates everyone working during this storm. I don't think I can wait for another hurricane to get this again. See you soon AMICI staff. ??????
