AMICI PIZZA II New Port Richey

Usually great pizza. Ordered large pie with extra cheese delivered. Have to say very disappointed. Pizza was cold and it was not extra cheese. Called to complain for the first time. Was told that he had checked as order went out that it did have extra cheese I’m attaching a photo there is no extra cheese. And was sorry for it being cold. But my me and friend who vouched for this place were very disappointed today.

AMAZING! Always is. I highly recommend stopping by, everything on the menu is wonderful. And you definitely can't beat the prices

Terrible customer service. Charged me one price over the phone and then tried charging me more when I picked up. Opened the box all cheese was stuck to side and top of box. I didn't pay and left the pizza

Ordered a small pizza and the crust was burnt black. Ordered extra sauce on pasta which we did not receive. Called to complain and was told that we should have ordered pizza with blond crust. Was not asked what type of crust we wanted. Also told if we wanted extra sauce should have ordered it on the side. Just rude! Instead of apologizing they put all blame on us. Will not be ordering ever again.

Terrible customer service. Whoever the young girl is at the counter needs training on etiquette when greeting customers and retrieving orders. Very disgusting attitude. I see workers wearing slides making pizzas ? Seeing workers on their phones while in the kitchen ? Glad I was just picking up food for uber. Wouldn’t dare eat here.

Best NY style pizza I've tried since moving down here 18 years ago. I didn't have high hopes after being disappointed numerous times before. We ordered the veggie pizza. It was loaded with veggies and the crust held up (no drooping when folded). Next time we'll ask for no broccoli. Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

Oddly tasteless. Pizza crust was tasteless. Sauce tasteless. Cheese had no flavor. Toppings were tasteless. Garlic knots had great!! texture-soft with a crispy outside but again.....flavorless. The cannoli was delicious.

Also I got delivery and nothing was secured against driver tampering/eating. A little tape and a stapled bag go a long way. First time since covid that I've ordered delivery from anywhere and the food has been left unsecured. Just based on that issue alone I wouldn't order from here again.
I was looking forward to a NY style pizza so this was disappointing.

The service was okay but the atmosphere was quite busy and the place was small

Pizza dough too chewy for me and would skip the small dessert plastic cup tiramisu or almond @5.99 ea (expected a real slice of both).

One of the most disappointing things is the fact that they charge $3 for delivery but only give their driver $1 of it, how greedy can you get? The food has gone downhill as has the customer service, sad we considered it one of the best around.

I ordered three big city lunch specials when I arrived home I noticed that it was just big city with sauce. I went back to Amici‘s and explained that they had given me just with sauce the very heavyset young girl with dark brown hair at the counter rolled her eyes at me and said no that’s what you ordered. Eat it. I said I wanted the baked. She said well if you want the big city slap some cheese on it my family friends schools all ordered from Amici‘s on a very regular basis. This will never happen again as I was treated so rudely by the heavyset girl that rolled her eyes She had such a terrible attitude. I left the food on the counter and walked out and they took my money on top of it.
