Beer glass was chipped on top, didn't see it and got cut.
Food came out even less than luke warm (3 people), had to send it back and it took forever to get it back. Pasta had been sitting under a warmer for sure, as it was all stuck together. Really bad experience. Told the manager.

Complete trash ... came in waited everyone walked past me not a hi can I help you nothing finally the bartender came and asked took my order and placed it order was wrong didnt know till I got home and couldnt eat my food ... fries are old and cold sandwiches both are wrong.but I couldnt eat mine to to whats on it.. called up manager said he refund me on my card thats it what about my time and im still hungry terrible place ... wont be back and I tipped wow really stick it to the customers

Only been to this location twice, service was absolutly phenomenal. I've been to the Clearwater location three times and food was dissapointing every single time so I gave up going to that location. Also went to the Tampa location and their food was also lacking in the flavor department. However, the new port richey location is doing an outstanding job making sure everything is turning out perfect. I usually get the chicken fajita roll up + breadsticks with alfredo and I've always left happy and satisfied. Also huge shoutout to Korie, she was our server twice during our two visits and does an outstanding job making sure the order is done right and efficiently. She does her job well and Im impressed with the work she provides. This location is a bit out of my way but with the food and service, it's with every mile I travel. Thank you to the entire staff and team at this location.

My partner and i have been to a few different applebees in the area and have not had a good time at all the food isn't great etc but this location is great the food is usually pretty good and the staff is great our server is usually Korie and we love her she always takes great care of us and makes sure we have everything we need and more i definitely recommend coming here!

Applebee’s Review – Disappointing Visit 👎👎

I recently visited Applebee’s with my family for what was supposed to be a relaxing Saturday outing. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas.

Right from the start, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot inside, which made it difficult to enjoy our time—especially with two toddlers in our group. When we asked about the temperature, the waitress casually mentioned the back door was open, which didn’t seem like a great excuse for a climate issue in a dining space.

Our service was slow and inconsistent. It took a while to get our drinks, and my wife’s margarita took even longer. Eventually, the waitress explained she was still waiting to get it made. When our food finally arrived, it came in two separate rounds. Some of us got our meals first, while the rest—including the burgers—came out later.

We specifically ordered bacon on our burgers, and when they came out without it, we had to flag it down. The waitress did bring a plate of bacon afterward, but it shouldn’t have been forgotten in the first place.

There were multiple other small mistakes:

One family member ordered a side of fries that never came but still showed up on the bill.
He also asked for lemons for his water, which were never brought until reminded.
We had to ask multiple times for drink refills.
What’s most disappointing is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. There really wasn’t a clear reason for the lack of attentiveness and delays.

To top it off, my wife—who usually loves Applebee’s margaritas—mentioned that hers wasn’t as good as usual. That was just another letdown.

We spent over $100 between the seven of us, and it just didn’t feel worth it. Applebee’s advertises “Eatin' Good in the Neighborhood,” but sadly, that wasn’t happening yesterday.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this visit left me feeling like I had to say something. Spending time with family shouldn’t feel this uncomfortable or frustrating.

We come at least twice a month for the burger monday deal and always ask to sit in Kories section. She's great. Interactive with the table and pretty attentive to empty cups and dirty dishes.
