Food sent back steak was absolutely uneatable. Could not even cut with a steak knife.

The food was late at the curbside pickup, had to go in and check. 10 minutes later when it was delivered, the food was warm, not hot.

Fries were cold. Manager brought us hot ones. My burger had hot sauce on bun. I said no spicy stuff. Burned my mouth.

The service was excellent. The onion rings were overcooked as well as the crispy chicken on the Oriental salad. Not sure if we will be back.

Pulled in for curbside, workers outside smoking in the curbside area. no one came out to greet even though the sign says after 9 come inside. Had to go inside to find two works just chitchatting away. Food had been sitting a while cold time we got home which is 6 mins away.

Walked in to no host or hostess waited for about 15 min before watching hostess come out of back to go right back into the back. Finally comes out says there will be another 10 min.
Waitress comes takes our drink order don't see her for another 20 min. And then once she does deliver drinks disappears again for I don't know how long. Food come out late she tries to play it off like it just hit window but was barely hot at all.

Place use to be good not so much.
Problem won't return again.

Delicious food always love their appetizer menu. You can order it as a meal and really be full by the time you're done. We had leftovers.

We celebrated our friend's birthday at Applebee's and it was a huge success! We had a big group, but our server (the amazing blonde with a killer personality) handled us like a pro! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. It's the little things that make great memories.
The drinks were spot on, and the food came out promptly. Everything was delicious, and we had a fantastic time. Couldn't ask for a better spot to celebrate a birthday!
Thanks to the Applebee's management and team, especially our awesome server - you rock!

Had a positive experience here. Went in for a late dinner after half day of Christmas shopping. Wanted their Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne. Although the place was fairly dead when I first arrived, the food came hot and was delicious. Waiter was appropriately attentive. Good visit overall.

We went there for the free Veterans Day meal. To say that Applebee's rose to the occasion is an understatement. The people that served us were so sweet. The place was totally decked out in honor of Veterans. Mercedes our server was outstanding. Greaa
