Our waiter Julie was amazing! I wanted a Long Island and she suggested something interesting, I went for it snd it was amazing. She was very attentive and refilled our drinks right when it was needed. Best part was her personality. I hope you get her as your waiter!

Server's look like they hate working there. They all look miserable. Told our waitress that the coleslaw tasted like it was going bad and the answer we got was no one else complained. Waited 15 min to pay our bill she just kept going past us finally just left the money on the table and left.

Ribs are amazing didn't care too much for the table next to us cursing while my 3 kids were with me. Drinks were strong! But that's a good thing

We waited way too long to get our food and drinks. The waitress barely checked on us. As two women I often find the rudeness of waiters and waitresses. Unfortunately I tip on my service. I also write my reviews on them. I left 15% although in my honest opinion she deserved 10% but I know they work for tips. The table was sticky from whatever they clean with but my friend and I did not even want to rest our arms on it. The ladies room needs a serious remodel. The toilet paper holder was off the wall and the sink and towel dispenser were gross.

I go there for an adult beverage every now and then. Unfortunately the drinks are not the same between visits. Perfect margaritas should come with extra drinks but last time only provided 1 drink. Mixed drinks didn't taste the same. My shark bowl was missing the candy and again wasn't mixed nearly as good as other times I've been there. Last visit left me disappointed and wanting to find a bar that was more consistent with drink mixes.

Last Sunday my wife and I decided to try out Applebee’s near us seeing we been to one locally near our NY home. We’ve had good luck there, not so much here.
First Waiter didn’t know there were any specials on Sunday. Said he would match whatever we found. Finally he went back to have a conversation with the manager I guess. He returned and gave us an updated special list we had as well.
Ordered to steak meals, medium requested. Once we received our food, cut into my steak and it was well over done. When the waiter returned, I explained my stead was over done. He said he’ll tell his manager. I never seen any manager nor any follow-ups from the waiter. Mash potatoes had no butter that was requested and cold. Personally very unprofessional in my opinion. Actually waiter never checked back to see how we were doing until late, then asked if we wanted any desserts.
Brought the check and course waited 10 minutes or better for him to return, after we went up front to pay. Then stood over my wife when she was filling out the tip / total.
Facility as a whole a bit dirty and noted some molds too. Maybe time for health inspector to due unplanned inspection.
I never write negative reviews but our experience at this Applebees on last Sunday needed to be written. Strongly encourage anyone reading this to go to another restaurant!

I was there last Sunday, My server was Alexa and she was entertaining and attentive. Our time there was enjoyable. Me and my family will be back!!
