We came in to Applebee's at prime dinner time on a Friday, we were sat and promptly greeted by our waitress Victauria. She was pleasant and happy to answer any questions we had. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. the food was great! Our waitress was fantastic, will be back again to see her!

All food was served cold. Told manager then got hot food. Do not get a reduction in the bill. No other tables were served cold food or had problems near us. Will not go there again.Kid-friendliness: Has a 8 year old with us his food was cold as wellHe ate his because he was hungry.
I got an order to go the food was warm but not hot. Also for the price I didn't think it was worth it. The food portions were very small. Inequality of the food it wasn't up to par.
