We love going to Arby's! Leah and her team are so friendly and keep the dinning area nice and clean.The condiments and supplies are always neat and full. They work as a team and are eager to wait on customers. Leah even came over and gave a personal hello and gave us a few coupons and a welcome back. Well Leah with service like that we will be back. Food is always generally good but when asked about extra bacon it was an issue to get. Kind of weird for a restaurant that claims they have the meat. Eventually they were able to find a way to ring it up but by then I had wasted at least 20 minutes. Friends with other places they need to focus a little more on pleasing customers rather than following corporate rules to the letter and losing customers. Especially when customers are willing to pay for whatever they're asking for

EXTREMELY CLEAN/PLEASANT/ EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE/. They all deserve raises. Those girls work hard and are INCREDIBLE.

Food tasted like it was two days old fry’s was cold hard and stale burger that was so old it snapped when bite I feel place just needs to be shut down and replaced with a place that cares about food it serves

No one was in the restaurant at 12:30 in the afternoon
The lighting for the bathroom was very dark. I don't know if it was on purpose but it was very hard to see where to go to.
Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to park by the front door but almost tripped on the curb. They need to paint the curb yellow so people can see it.

Ordered a Reuben Sandwich 🥪 and watched the cook with the gross dirty apron on put the corned beef in a paper tray cheese on top and sauerkraut and put it in the microwave then didn’t toast or grill the bread just put in on the bread and served it like that. It tasted like rubber !!! And there was barely any corned beef on it all for around $10 dollars. What!!! Seriously!!! Just terrible absolutely horrible. Not even fair to spend that money on that sandwich with a dirty cook making it. I should have said no way!!! Garbage
