I feel like Arby's flavor has changed. I always get the beef and cheddar and it was bland. The cheese sauce has changed for the worse. Overall the store was clean though and the service was great.
Asked if there were any special deals, a quick No! Looking online after the fact, I found some offered. Not a big deal, but training how to deal with customer questions is very important. After getting our food, I looked around for a table, many were dirty, yet the staff was not busy and had not cleaned them.
The restaurant has been very cold inside for the last couple of months which makes it hard to enjoy eating in it. I have talked to the staff many times about this. I come in before the noon crowd and the floor and tables are dirty. I have also had to bring back food for not being hot. Please resolve these issues. I have also called the company before about the dirty restaurant. Thank you.
