Horrible Horrible location. The employees don’t seem to know how to do their jobs at all. They never have anything! The store is shared with a Dunkin Donuts and nobody is ever on the Baskin Robins side that knows what they are doing. Store is always out of Bananas. Every single time I’ve stopped by, they were out of bananas or extra toppings. Clearly the staff and management do not know how to order inventory and no one has been trained to make simple ice cream sundaes, smoothies or anything. I live pretty close so I stop by often. They should just close down this location.

I went through the drive thru on May 25th in the afternoon and was treated so poorly by the woman at the drive thru window, it was appalling, so sorry to bother you with my order!! Perhaps she should look for a different job because her attitude was absolutely horrible towards me, a customer. I like the items at this restaurant but because of her, I won't be returning to this location!

Stopped here today for a smoothie what a mistake. It was barely even cold tasted like pure suryp. Paid $12. For 2 small. And they would not exchange it. What a rip off. I'll stick to Wawa.

They spoiled my child's celebration! I placed an order for two cakes more than a day ahead. When my husband went to pick them up at the scheduled time, the cakes weren’t ready. They claimed the chef didn’t show and they had supposedly called and left a voicemail, which was untrue—there were no missed calls or voicemails. Instead, they substituted with whatever they had, which included a pizza! One of the cakes was pink, and the party was for a boy. Moreover, the cake was tasteless and not fresh, leading us to throw it all away. Overall, don't order anything from them!

I try to go here all the time for their cappuccino blasts and every single time I go there they never have it disappointment all the way around.
Update went to this location again asked for a cappuccino blast of course they didn't have it. So I switched to a frozen coffee and an avocado toast and they said they didn't have the stuff to make the avocado toast and their machine was down. Just ridiculous I would never recommend this place to anyone because they never have anything how does this place make any money it's just sad really.
This looks nothing like the advertisement and the staff was extremely rude about this and refused to help.

Piece of garbage Baskin Robbins. I wanted to buy a large amount of rainbow sherbet and the person working responded that her manager doesn’t order it anymore. SO.. this message goes out to the “manager”…- imagine being so ignorant that you actually make a conscious decision to NOT order the best flavor this store has had since its inception. You legitimately SUCK.
