They spoiled my child's celebration! I placed an order for two cakes more than a day ahead. When my husband went to pick them up at the scheduled time, the cakes weren’t ready. They claimed the chef didn’t show and they had supposedly called and left a voicemail, which was untrue—there were no missed calls or voicemails. Instead, they substituted with whatever they had, which included a pizza! One of the cakes was pink, and the party was for a boy. Moreover, the cake was tasteless and not fresh, leading us to throw it all away. Overall, don't order anything from them!

I try to go here all the time for their cappuccino blasts and every single time I go there they never have it disappointment all the way around.

Update went to this location again asked for a cappuccino blast of course they didn't have it. So I switched to a frozen coffee and an avocado toast and they said they didn't have the stuff to make the avocado toast and their machine was down. Just ridiculous I would never recommend this place to anyone because they never have anything how does this place make any money it's just sad really.

Piece of garbage Baskin Robbins. I wanted to buy a large amount of rainbow sherbet and the person working responded that her manager doesn’t order it anymore.
SO.. this message goes out to the “manager”…- imagine being so ignorant that you actually make a conscious decision to NOT order the best flavor this store has had since its inception. You legitimately SUCK.

My sundaes looked like 1 scoop, I ordered 2 scoops ..each one of them was a 1/2 scoop each. Stone Cold Creamery way better

We went to the store on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 to get ice cream. The temperature outside was 93. They were cleaning the ice cream coolers so we could not get ice cream.?‍♀️ Why are you cleaning your coolers in the middle of the afternoon when it’s 93 outside?

The service was amazing compared to the lack of management not helping with staffing issues (I only seen one person on shift)a manager should have stepped up and helped out instead of ignoring the problem. the person who helped me (I didn’t get a name) with my order I had no issues with my order everything was amazing he was very nice and polite for being stressed out with a line of car in the drive thru he should get a raise for doing more work then what he’s probably getting paid for

Ordered two double scoops in dipped waffle cones. Got one scoop of melted ice cream in one and less than a scoop in a bowl and the waffle cones were not dipped. Waste of money and not the first time we have been disappointed with this location.

Just ordered three 2 scoop cups, delivered by Door Dash (DD was great) and I will never order from Baskin Robbins again.2 of the cups were acceptable sized scoops, but the 3rd cup was less than what would be in the kids sized portion.This is the second time they have done this. We had decided to give them another chance but now wish I had just stayed with Dairy Queen.

I had ordered a cake for my fiancées birthday, he really wanted Mexican Chocolate Brownie flavored ice cream, Stanley was kind enough to explain to me that, that particular flavor was a flavor of the month ice cream and it was a mistake on their part that I was able to select it when ordering online. Stanley and his team resolved the issue quickly and were very accommodating to my changes. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from a company!
