Wonderful neighborhood bar and grill. Cozy interior featuring original wood flooring. Outdoor dining on large patio at rear of building. If you are lucky, Joe the owner, Lou the cook, and Darinda the do it all bartender, server greeter, good will ambassador, will all be there to great you!

First time dining there. Ordered goat cheese chicken, after waiting quite some time, came out undercooked. Another guest in our party asked the waitress to heat up the grouper meal since it came out partly warm. I returned the chicken and did not order anything else. We had a large party and majority of the meals were either undercooked or overcooked. They need to hire more servers and cooks.

Okay place. Friendly service. No ambience. The open face beef sandwich was good. Buffalo chicken fingers were mostly tough.

This was the worst dining experience. Buffalo chicken strips was boiled chicken with hot sauce poured on it. A boiled steak with no seasoning or grilling. And a hockey puck pork chop that was freezer burned and couldn’t be cut. You can see the freezer burn on it and was shocking that they actually tried to serve it to anyone. I’m actually shocked by how bad everything was. At least they didn’t charge us for the pork chop.

Should have listened to recent reviews. Decided to try here since we are from Downtown New Port Richey and reviews are not always legit or people may have a bad day so we decided to try ourselves. The food was downright horrible. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich, the chicken breast was comparable to rubber fake cheap quality chicken, not seasoned at all with some cheese on it. No grill marks or anything. A shiny piece of rubber like chicken. The Buffalo chicken strips (or whatever it's called) on the appetizer menu has the same grilled (not fried) chicken just cut into strips. The coleslaw was horrible as well, I took one bite and spit it out, it tasted old and soggy. My husband ordered a burger done medium and it came out nearly raw. His long island was terrible, bad enough where he just ordered a water instead of any more alcohol. They don't have many options for soda, I asked the waitress what they had and she said pretty much coke and sprite. I ordered a coke and could immediately tell it was generic off brand, either that or downright stale/flat. My other complaint was the service. We walked in as a larger party and they looked at us like a deer in headlights with an empty restaurant. Our waitress did not want to be there and it was very obvious. We had to go up to the bar to ask to refill our own drinks. Ordered dinners and she never asked what side we wanted, we had to mention it to her as she moved onto the next person ready to order ("dont I get a side?") There wasn't a single other person or family there for dinner time. Really disappointed, we would have love to take our golf cart here all the time as the prices were reasonable and the place is really quaint and cute. The outside patio is nice as well. Hopefully they read the negative reviews and make changes. Total bummer.

Came as a group of 15 people and were told we couldn't order off the regular menu, instead we were given a limited menu. . As for the food. We had four people that couldn't have the food from the limited menu. They left. I was going too get the 1/2lb burger but was told NO side were available a.k.a. Fries ? They tried to pass off a hoagie 1/2 as a piece of chicken. I could go on about the rest of the food but I will spare you. Bottom line , this was the worst dining experience I've had since eating at a Waffle house that the waitress and the cooks were fighting. Will never set foot in this place again and you can get a better meal at Mickey D's.

We went during Chasco Fiesta. Decided to stop in because the other restaraunts were very busy. Should have been our first clue when nobody was in it. Our waitress started out asking our drink order, then our food order, then our drink order, then a drink order a third time. All this time she was nervously making circles. She then informed my wife that all the things she ordered as sides to her steak is out, including the items that came with it (mashed potatoes). Said she can have a baked potatoes if she wanted, why they have baked potatoes but cannot make mashed I can't fathom.I ordered the French dip and had high expectations as a few employees came by and the had the same. The employees sandwiches were open and hot with slightly browned cheese. While waiting for our food our waitress asked how were doing incessantly while making circles. The food came very quickly and was cold. My wife's steak tasted off with no brown outside indicating either flat iron or grill marks. My French dips cheese was actually cold as you get straight from the fridge. The meat cold. This all took place at about 8 pm and I suspect they already closed the kitchen and everything that was made available was sitting around.

For a place with "Ale" in the name and no beer or ale on tap. Only bottled. Doesn't make sense.Steak and burger overcooked. Cajun shrimp was okay but, kinda bland , thin sauce. Nothing special. The "Elderly Fashioned" , a take on an Old Fashioned. Served over crushed ice? You serve whiskey over cubed or an ice ball, not crushed. It dilutes the whiskey leaving a watered down cocktail. On the other hand, the onion soup was pretty good. The waitress was trying but seemed she could use better training.

Service was very slow mostly out of the kitchen. Wait staff kept apologizing for the wait. We were there 1 hour 10 minutes. I had the chopped steak and my husband had a hamburger. It always so

Well this place was interesting. First the steak bites were pretty ridiculous! Tiny bites of unseasoned steak. Tender and lacking in flavor with sliced garlic bread. The bread was delicious when dipping into the delicious French onion soup which was the saving

Disgusting. Went with a party of four. One person’s burger was ordered med--well and brought out bloody red. Another person in our party had a med well steak…brought out too rare and zero flavor.I would say this was the worst restaurant we have EVER visited. The waitress seemed mortified at how the cook of 25 years prepared everything. Do yourself a favor…find a different restaurant.

The food was good but the service was some of the worst I've ever had. It took over an hour to get the check after we finished eating. I won't ever come back.
