Ordered a 20 piece with fries for $20. Got there waited 20 minutes for cold wings, and burnt And they only gave me 18 wings. Also, only four wings were wet with sauce. The rest were dry.. just how for dinner. Horrible experience thanks anyway! I’ve never been to Buffalo wild wings, and got dry wings and short on the count

The food was OK, it took someone to great us at the door a good 5 minutes. Service was good but didn't check on us after we received our food. Probably won't be going back to this location.

Worst service EVER. at around 6 PM, 2 days ago, me and my husband ordered buffalo medium wings before we went back to work. NASTY AND HARD TO EAT (almost vomited), don’t come to this place! Not to mention the next day I was missing my period and found out I got PREGNANT!! Now my husband thinks i’m cheating on him. WHICH IM NOT. Don’t come to this Buffalo Wild Wings unless if you want to shoot out newborn babies 🤬🤬😡😡. Ngl tho, great sauces pookies 😘😘😘

Potato wedges were burnt.. bottom of container filled with fryer gristle.. this place is a joke. I should call the health department. I doubt they clean the fryers. I will be forwarding this info to your corporate.

Went here for lunch a few weeks ago. Ordered nachos, fries and ten wings. The nachos were pretty good. Fries mediocre. The wings were so outrageously well done that I couldn’t finish the first bite. Like, I spit it out. I told them. They offered to make another batch. I accepted. Next batch was also inedible. They didn’t ask me how the second round was and charged me for them. The food runner girl that delivered the food seemed defeated by life. There were at least 40 televisions blaring commercials. I definitely will never be back. I noticed on Google maps that the majority of the Buffalo Wild Wings say permanently closed. Perhaps their days are numbered.

We are here at 11 and they closed maximum seating
We are 5 people with a toddler and they offered a table of 4 with a extra seat
No wonder why this place is going down
Start hiring someone who got hospitality and knows how to serve.. this is close location from my house, but I prefer other locations

As a former restaurant manager, I understand the challenges of staffing and operations—but first impressions still matter. On a Wednesday around 6:30 PM, the wait time for a table felt excessive given the modest crowd. More importantly, no one greeted us upon entry. Guests ahead of us mentioned they had already been waiting, and while someone eventually acknowledged us, timely communication is essential.

The food was hot, fresh, and arrived quickly—no complaints there. Our server was attentive and professional, earning a tip above the standard.

Where this location fell short was cleanliness. Tables remained dirty too long after guests left, and the floor had wrappers and debris that clearly hadn’t been addressed. “Clean as you go” is a basic standard in the industry. If bussers aren't available, servers or managers should maintain their areas. Customers shouldn’t see remnants from previous guests.

This review isn't to bash the staff—I know how hard the job is. But attention to cleanliness and guest acknowledgment needs improvement. I hope this feedback helps tighten up the experience for future guests.

I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings that needs to be addressed. Tracey, who wasn’t even our server, mocked me with one of her coworkers when I politely tried to get her attention—twice. I wasn’t being rude or loud, just trying to ask for assistance. Instead, I got laughed at like I was some kind of joke. It was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating.

This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from any employee in a customer-facing role. If this is how staff treats guests—mocking them openly with other employees—then it reflects a serious issue with professionalism and training at this location. I won’t be returning until this kind of behavior is addressed by management.

I got the unlimited wings and this might be the worst food I have ever had the chicken was terrible and raw and the fries were bland. The waiter was great I think her name was Jayla. This is the second time I had a bad experience and it was terrible. Please do not come here

Employees hide in the back everytime and NEVER greet customers. I legitimately 90% of the time have to call the front desk and hang up to grt an employee to come
