So the sign on the door says open until 12:00 AM but we walked in about 1130 and was denied service because the kitchen was closed apparently and last call was at 1130, so I don't see the point of having your hours on the door set at midnight. I'd leave a rating for food but as I've never even had Buffalo wild wings before I really can't say. If your trying to eat a little later don't even bother going.

4/6/24. Back of house needs supervision on food menu and how things are supposed to be prepared . Front of house staff look perpetually confused. Management needs to be revamped or clued in. Also wait staff need working tablets. Came for a family member’s bday and was embarrassed to be here. First time here, when we left not wishing to return . Food good but service and mixups were plentiful. Oversight nonexistent.

Ordered door dash and my driver sat at the restaurant for over 30mins because they did not start my order. Then when I recieved it, I was missing 3 of the 4 items I ordered! Attempted to call and speak with staff and was hung up on 3 times. Don't give this place your money.
Our family was very disappointed! ? First time we visited. Our family of 5 just left this place. We sat on a table for 15mins waiting for someone to serve us. The server never came to our table. The app was not working so we couldn’t order that way either. About 3-4 different servers passed by our table not one of them came to our table. Finally, the front desk person took our drink orders since he noticed the server never came to our table and then told us the server would be with us shortly. 30mins passed and still no server! In the meantime- about 3 families came after us and got their orders, drinks and food before we even had a server come to our table. We are very patient but when there was no server to even come to our table and just let us know what was going on. We got up and left. ??♀️ Took our money elsewhere. Our 3 kids were so hungry and sad to leave as well.

Came here on Tuesday for the rewards of BoGo wings. My app didn't work and management did nothing to accommodate. Even showed him my app rewards were valid. And he still did nothing but told me to call the number. Piss poor management. I will never go back to this location again. And that's even after we had a palmetto bug fly down and land on the table. Server went and got another employee to come and step on the bug. We were really disappointed in this location. And how it is ran.
