I've been sitting in this drive thru, at the speaker, not in line, for over 10 mins. There is literally no one else here. How do they stay open when I've watched 5 people drive away because of the wait? I'm leaving now, but I thought I'd let everyone know to save your time and go to McDonalds or Zaxbys instead because these people are deficient.

The one female manager Amanda is the rudest person I ever met. I don't see why she still has her job. And the food tastes like it's been sitting all day.Parking: The parking lot is becoming a hang out, and not feeling safe in the parking lot. And God for bid you say anything to this manager Amanda about being harrased in the parking lot. She will yell at you instead of chasing off scumbags hanging in the parking lot. Update, the scumbags in the parking lot are off the clock burger King employees!!

Terrible experience . Waited almost 30 min online. Driver ahead of me left because waited so long. When finally getter window the employee apologized but the manager acted like he had no idea what was going on never a word from him. I was told they where short handed. To ruin my experience I finally got home and order was missing cheese. The employee who had to work the window also had to do pack bag. How hard is it to read order and make sure burger had cheese. Food not worth the wait and never will go there again

Either this is one of the worst Burger Kings or Burger King as a whole has gone downhill. Every time we come here the person who takes our order has a bad attitude. If you hate your job that bad, go work somewhere else. And don’t try to use any promotional coupons because this store is a franchise and they don’t accept them. The food is about average for a Burger King. I honestly would never go back to this store, but my daughter loves chicken fries.

The Manager Julie was a very rude lady , she was more concerned about the drive thru customers than she was inside patrons . I ordered 2 large fry and waited for 22 minutes and still hadn’t received my food even though two customers with meals who ordered after me received their food before me .Again all I ordered was 2 large fries I should’ve been in and out in less than 5 min . I asked for my money back and she gave me nothing but attitude and excuses .She gave me my money back and was still very rude about that . I will never eat at that store again on Decubilus and Ridge rd .Very very unsatisfied !!!Thank You Mr Joseph Simmons .

The best word to describe my experience was weird. Props to the lady manager for making the best out of a series of challenges.First - The breakfast menu wasn't working, so the guy says 'we don't have any menus right now ( I thought they kept Paper menus on hand for the visually impaired ).Second, when I go to the BK website it won't just give me a menu without me putting in an address.. and the the menu isn't even correct.

The manager has no care in the world. After ordering we asked if there was any tea made in back after Noticing none in dining room. His response was doubt it. No apology. Like when I ordered and said sweet tea was was I not informed you were out at that point.
