I visited the store last night, 2/8/2026, and found that the franchise owner must be either a hands-off owner or simply cares about profits more than satisfaction scores, or maintenance and sanitary code violations. At what should be a busy time, there was a grand total of two (2) employees on the premises, no one to relieve them for basic, lawfully required breaks, or cleanliness. The women's bathroom, while there was a "wet floor" sign in the center of the room, did not address the stopped-up and overflowing handicapped toilet, or the water that appeared to be coming from under the bowl. The megar staff had not had the time to address the issues, nor are they to be held responsible for obvious plumbing repairs, requiring a professional ( leak under the toilet). In short, I hold the staff in no way responsible for the deplorable conditions they were required to work under, and suggest that corporate may want to look into the way this store is being run.

Manager spent her whole time during my stay scolding other customers and humiliating them in front of many several different customers. Lobby is halfway packed and she’s still going off on them. Shameful she treats them this way instead of just helping out and maybe leading by example. Won’t be coming back.

There's a couple young guys and a female manager that's been there a while. The female manager does not have control of her crew. I ordered a regular sandwich. Got one with only mayo and lettuce. Brought it back and they ask me for the sandwich back and then add the missing toppings to my old cold sandwich. You can't make this up. Food tasted horrible. When will companies start paying enough to get decent employees?

Did the drive thru. The cashier was friendly and the service was good. The Whopper tasted like a Whopper. Fresh and hot.
The last few times we’ve got Burger King here all the food has been so cold and we o my live 3 mins away I don’t understand. I hate that we spend 30 dollars on 2 meals and our food is always cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted alittle and fries and onion rings are cold and soggy. I hate spending my hard working money and my food is not hot!!! :(

Went to get foodat 11:20pm and the staff didn't acknowledge that I was in the drive thru. They even shut the lights off. The burger king was supposed to be open till midnight.

Listen i rated it like this bc they are the only fast food with impossible burgers but one time they put bacon on it so upset. Service is OK and I don't sit there long enough to catch that atmosphere you talking about.

I guess the owner dont eat here ... why am being held at the first window for you to get it all ready then send me to the 2nd one.... always first thing in the morning I know your rigging your wait times by doing this but its pissing people off. Its inconvenient for us maybe go faster or just deal with shitty window times !!! Maybe the owner want to meet at 6am and go thru the drive thru??? .. and when do you ask for syurp with French toast sticks that normally automatically comes with 1 why am I being asked if I want 1 ... are you so cheap you cant afford syrup with something that comes with it
