Ate here one time recently, and won't eat here again. The chicken was flavorless and dry. Nothing good about their fries either. I don't know which was worse, my chicken Philly or the fries. I also came to eat dinner 15 minutes before the restaurant closed their lobby. They packed my order to go when I said I wanted to dine in. Probably so I would leave, but I stayed inside to eat. One of the employees made sure to tell me that they were closing in 15 minutes. Clearly trying to rush me. It's a no go for me.

I'm not sure if it's because I ordered on doordash and they serve better food in house or if people are easily satisfied...
Ordered a Philly cheese steak which was supposed to be toasted, come with peppers, onions and mushrooms.
The roll was comparable to subway, it wasn't toasted, no onions, peppers or mushrooms but oddly had lettuce and tomato on it ! WITFW ? !!!
Who puts lettuce and tomatoes on a cheese steak ?

Terrible experience at this place. We placed a large order for pickup. When we got there to pickup the order, they claimed someone had already came in and picked up the order. Not sure how another person would have our order information and order confirmation for a pickup?

They did not want to remake our order that we paid for or provide a refund to us for the order. Kept telling us to file a dispute. Also implied that we were trying to scam them and were talking down to us.

Completely horrible service and experience here. Can’t believe we purchased such a large order just to pickup nothing, and were not assisted with the situation in any way. Please order from anywhere else in Pasco and save yourself the headache

Went to this location last night. Made a large order for my family after work. Went to pick up order. Someone had picked up the order before I got there pretending to be me.

No offer to make new food. No assistance. Told me to file a dispute. Implied I was scamming them.

This is probably some of the worst service I've ever recieved living in Pasco. There's nothing sadder than leaving a restuarant hungry after working all day on a Friday night after BUYING the food.

We ordered take out I got the chicken California without ranch but that was still added on I also made it a combo and got Cajun fries and a dr pepper not the Cajun fries were no where to be seen and a lot of other stuff we ordered got the six people in our family each had at least one thing wrong, although the food still tasted delicious.

Terrible service apparently their internet website doesn't work either you can ask for a certain toppings but yet it doesn't come in on there end, is what they say over the phone, the place is a joke.

Stood directly infront of the cash register for nearly ten minutes, was completely ignored by both employees (who were within 25 feet of me the entire time) until I just started talking loudly.

Customer service is atrocious. Wasn't even busy. One other person inside, who knows if she ever got acknowledged, and two cars in the drive thru.

A simple "One moment please" would work, instead they just ignore you. Won't be back. Get better employees. This place is a joke.

Waited 15 minutes for my food when I was the only one in the car line and I only ordered a six piece boneless and a sandwich. It can’t be that hard. When it finally came to pay, I go to pay with Apple Pay like I’ve done 1 million times before and the guy tells me “I don’t do that”. Uh yeah, you do. That’s kinda your job.

Is there any screening process when it comes to service jobs anymore or has everyone just decided to drop the ball?

Suffice to say, I won’t be visiting this location anymore. Take your business to the Charleys cheesesteaks off of US 19, the owner there truly cares about you and your experience. He is a shining example of amazing store management and customer service. Vote with your wallet and support a Charleys location that actually tries.

The atmosphere was a drive+thru, the employee was very friendly and tried her best to be helpful, but she didn't have any product knowledge and that is a managerial failure of epic proportions, as is the fact that no one seems to have told this restaurant that Steal Um's are not how a Philly is made. Steal Ums aren't even meat. I don't know what Steak Ums are made of, but I wouldn't feed that crap to a doc!
