I live 3 minutes from checkers,..ordered 4 burgers 2 fries and when I walked in the door COLD ALL COLD buns,burgers and fries! Never had a problem here before.

There is something wrong with your manager at this location, and I reported it to your corporate office and it's been a couple of weeks and nobody called me back!! My family ordered food at your restaurant and your manager was cooking the food and they got my sandwich wrong. I went back up to get the sandwich fixed and your staff accused me of lying. She said I know I put a sandwich in there only ketchup. I said, do you want me to show you the other sandwich? She said yeah. So I walked back to the table my husband was sitting at and grabbed the sandwich out of his hands and brought it back to her. I was stunned. I've never had anyone call me a liar when they mess up my sandwich. So I brought back the other sandwich and I said see. And she gave me no apology. Nothing. Then I looked at her and asked her what was wrong with her. She said what's wrong with you. I said are you kidding me? Why would you argue with a customer when you messed up? Then I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name and slammed the window in my face. This is unacceptable. This person needs to be fired. I've never had someone try to argue with me when I tell them they messed up my sandwich. Shame on your company!! And shame on you for not getting back to me!!

This was honestly my worst experience at a checkers. The brisket sandwich barely had any brisket on it or sauce it was so dry. They almost forgot two of my sandwiches . They need to get it together in there.

Went there, female manager was not the nicest and didn’t even say one word not even a hi or but only the total. Asked for 2 spicy chickens fresh but was given old cold flabby sandwiches. How hard is it to drop fresh chicken? That is why the pay is what it is at your establishment

They scheduled an interview for me to come in, I get there and they say that it's all automated and the positions were filled. Maybe take down the listing so people don't waste their time. They also seem like they need to replace some workers cause the person whom I talked to was a dick about explaining that they don't actually scheduel interviews and that it's ai like I was supposed to know that.

New Port Richey checkers - Chicken wings had to be at least a day old and refried. The mozzarella sticks were not even melted. Have no idea how to find the store ID number for reviews.
It's a Checkers! Service as to be expected. Burgers are pretty good as far as burger chains. Fries are my favorite and main reason for going. When you want checkers fries "YOU WANT CHECKERS FRIES". Grab an apple pie for the sweet tooth, Smack it up, flip it, throw it in a bag and your gone! Pretty good place for a quick eats.

On September 21 I observed and *audited* the night shift manager with the blue collar shirt open the drive-thru window and start petting and playing with a dog of a person at the window, SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS, THEY WENT BACK TO SERVING FOOD. THEN GAVE ME BACK MY DRINKING CUP WITH HER DOG DANDRUFF HANDS ? EWW. I also observed management SNEAKING food on side door of the building to one of their friends without paying for it.I'm watching all of this while I'm eating my food I paid 11.00 for lucky guy got a free meal. I also noticed that the managers were not practicing wearing hair nets or any head protection.Management definitely needs more training on HAND WASHING and DONT FORGET YOUR HATS PLEASE when working.... to be continued....
