I hate being a Karen but I am pissed. With inflation and everybody suffering and having hard times with money My family and I decided to get our kids fast food which has become sort of a luxury lately because of how expensive everything is. I called the establishment several times nobody answered we got three different orders of the chicken and fries box there is way too much chicken in there very little fries and the chicken bites you could pretty much also pass them off as rocks. They were so hard my kids couldn't even eat their food I've been trying to call back just trying to get a refund or have them cook it fresh but the phone just rings and rings honestly very disappointed what else can you expect from fast food though I get it but still your job is to serve food to people. And with how times are right now any decent human being would make sure any food coming out of there place of work should meet the customer's satisfaction. I'm just really upset that my kids couldn't eat what we paid for that's always very sad as a parent to see that look on their face. Anyway that's all I want to say since you guys won't answer your phone.

We do not have Checkers near us in NY( Long Island) so when we recently visited Florida and saw Checkers we suddenly craved their French fries and chili. I was disappointed to find out that a cup of chili is no longer on the menu. However they did offer chili cheese fries and chili hot dog. I can't say why they just can't put the chili in a cup if they offer it on other menu items? Anyone know? Regardless , I decided on chili cheese fries and a crispy chicken sandwich. We also got the triple Big Buford combo. The chili had a slightly burnt flavor to it like it had been warmed up too many times. The fries were soggy and not crispy as they should have been. Definitely a disappointment. The chicken sandwich was a bit better than I expected. They forgot the fries on the combo so we had to go back for those. It was a disappointing visit to a place we had enjoyed when it was still around in NY.

The drive thru is an automated order taker, it does not repeat your order back and makes you repeat yourself. I order hot chicken tenders and got regular. My chilli cheese fries were placed in the bag sideways and spilled everywhere when I took them out. Funnel cake fries are good.
