They gave me the wrong order at pickup on my lunch break. When I called to ask for help and get my coworker to pick up my order they refused to offer any help and I’m now without a lunch.

For the 3rd time in a row the burrito bowl was filled 3/4 with raw rice with a sprinkle of black beans a few shreds of pepper and raw corn. Miniscule amount of salsa, cheese and lettuce. I won't be back.

The lady taking making the order was extremely rude from the start. Not only did she roll her eyes at every chance she got, she was also rushing our orders. She did not smile at a single costumer while we were eating there, she ruined the energy of our dinner. When I kindly asked her to repeat what she had said because she was basically whispering she said it in a visibly annoyed tone. She was being extremely rude to the other workers as well. They dont wear nametags here so I dont know her name but she was wearing heavy makeup and a long braid with black stud earrings. All negativiy aside the food was great.

I Came in on March 27th around 11:50 to get lunch for residents that I work with and they were very rude , trying to hurry up and get me out of there ! Was throwing and kicking bags when I asked her if she can bag each order separately so that I would know who’s orders who’s . Very disrespectful the workers here .

Food and serving sizes are pretty good but service has been awful both times I've gone here most of them are unfriendly and rushing you even when they're slow. Both times I asked everything to be well drained and they blatantly ignored me even if I repeated myself. I don't want soggy food sorry that's gross.

This is the only chipotle I go to. You always have vinaigrette in stock(where most chipotles are always out) portions are good, when I ask for extra toppings(for me, specifically cheese and corn) I receive no hassle. I cannot tell you how many chipotles I’ve been to where it has been nothing but a problem with the customer experience. The one by gulf view mall made me realize how much it was not worth my time when I saw how little of portions they put in their bowls and how unsatisfying their customer experience is.Good food service isn’t just about quality food and good portioning, it’s about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, I think y’all are doing a great job.
