Wonderful surprise in downtown New Port Richey! Swiss burger with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Hot, fresh and delicious! Good portion of French fries. Service was prompt and friendly. Bathroom was super clean. Next time, breakfast! Christina's is just about perfect. Not fancy just darn good.

Wow...just...wow. Walked into an almost empty restaurant. Seriously...only TWO customers inside.Were told to sit wherever we'd like and we did...and there we sat.And sat. And sat.What were the THREE waitresses doing? One was folding silverware, one was waiting hand and foot (literally went to the guy's table, TWICE while we couldn't even get water!) on some man and the other one was busy chatting up the cook.That's right ...they were doing NOTHING while we sat there.No one even looked in our direction. Hint taken.Won't EVER be back and will make sure everyone knows just in case they go. I'd hate for anyone to get the kind of service (more aptly lack thereof) that we did.

The food and service are mediocre and the place is due for an update. I have been here 3 times to give it a chance and I hate having to say but it was the same each time. I rarely will ever give a less than 4-star review. The positive thing I can say is that their prices are reasonable for what you are getting.

First time visiting because I was just trying their menus because I have always gone to other restaurants in New Port Richey. I felt like I was treated unfairly by waitress because am black. I tried to order and she just left and never returned.

I'm posting this on behalf of my mother who went with my husband, father and my 2 kids.It's been 20years since we went there because we had a bad experience then with the service and food was below average at best. However, my husband and I have been there a couple times in the last 6years; service was bad and unwelcoming as well. Here's how last sunday went:(The restaurant was not full as it was a rainy cold day.)1) Waitress did not inform that there was an extra charge for my kids bacon and sausage. (Which we would have only asked for 1 or 2 pieces instead of 3 because the surcharge is quite expensive).Solution: Communication of extra charges is key to good service.2) When meal was served; my kids bacon and sausage weren't served. And my mother got another server because they couldn't find their server. They got the attention of a long-haired redhead older waitress and told her what they were missing. She continued to press my mother with a demeaning tone on whether or not it was a side. Which is not up to my mom who doesn't work there to decide the invoicing of this.Solution would have been this waitress to retrieve our waitress to handle the situation.3) Pancake looked undercooked as both sides were white not brown.4) My family couldn’t locate their waitress for napkins; so my mom saw some on top of a counter-top and helped herself. Mind you, it was not behind any area that only employee are allowed to be. So, my mother helped herself for some napkins. That same rude red-headed waitress glared at my mother and quickly walked over to the napkins; hid them and sneered at my mother.5) No manager came to the table to ask us how the meal and service went.6) After paying the bill at the front desk there was ABSOLUTELY no farewell, have a good day nor thank you for dinning with us as we are accustomed to when going to Madison Restaurant, Jimmy's, Herschel's, Central Park and other restaurants in the surrounding area.Solution: Discussion and training as well as observing the waitresses on the floor to ensure consistent good customer service is being given.As my 6year old said after this ordeal, "They need to learn their manners."We will not be back.P.s. I posted this on Monday and it somehow disappeared ?. Don’t be fooled by the 4.4 stars. It’s rigged.

My first time eating at this restaurant and it was a very nice experience. Our breakfast was cooked perfectly and the service was exceptional. Erin was our service and she made us feel at home. Thanks Erin for a great a breakfast!

Loved Christina’s went there for the first time on 1/9/2024 and had a burger it was fantastic would highly recommend them to anyone going to eat in Downtown New Port Richey
