Best ice cream ever… went back a second day after our first visit

Loved the ice cream first time there the staff was friendly an the color changing spoons took the show. Will definitely be back again

The new pumpkin pie Frappé tastes absolutely amazing!!!!! I would definitely recommend getting it, I’m not usually a fan of coffee but this changed my mind!

Very good flavor options, but they screwed up my order, i wanted the salted dog with non dairy vanilla that part they got correct but I asked for marshmallow, cookie dough, caramel and chocolate drizzle, not topping guys come on and the new girl talked way to softly could barely hear her. Smb this new generation

I love ice cream and my son introduced me to this creamy delight. This some of the best, if not the best ice cream Ive tasted. I had the maple walnut, butter pecan, and banana, chocolate, peanut butter scopes of delight. You will love it!

I'm somewhere in the middle with this place. My favorite ice cream flavor is coffee, never had a bad experience until here. Their coffee flavored ice cream was not just the worst I've ever had, but it's the only coffee flavored ice cream I didn't like. Unfortunately, they do not allow you to sample so I was stuck with something I didn't like and ended up throwing it in the trash. On the other hand, I also tried their vanilla based Dubai chocolate ice cream (my friend got) and that was phenomenal. If I didn't try my friend's Dubai Chocolate ice cream, I would not go back. It was redemption for sure.

Asked for a sugar free brownie. I've had a bunch of sugar free brownies, including one's I have made myself. I have never tasted anything that disgusting from anywhere. I cannot believe that someone thought it was ok to sell that to the public. I took one bite and left the rest at the register after the counter was extremely rude when I questioned whether she didn't accidently give me a gluten free brownie. This place is horrible.

My first experience here was not the best. Despite giving grace on the long line due to the fireworks going on this past weekend- we stayed because we saw the reviews and wanted to try the infused ice cream listed on the menu. The employees working were not organized and not communicating which caused a delay. The short brunette young lady that assisted us had a bad attitude- I asked her if the bananas fosters listed in the menu - she stated no and was looking at the two gentleman behind me distracted - I asked her if we can sample she said no abruptly and started to rush us to order while still looking behind me and no making eye contact (rude to say the least). Once we ordered we stepped off to the side and I watched her interact with the gentleman behind me and she was smiley and flirty and treated them completely opposite of my interaction. Your employees should be coached on treating ALL PAYING GUEST fair and consistently.

the ice cream was pretty good. service was meh. there were only 2 people working and it took a while for both of our ice creams to come out even though there was no one else there. the ice cream was very rich. the seating options were eh.
