I've ate here in person and had delivery using a variety of delivery services. Those were great standard Cracker Barrel yumminess times. 5/5. Tonight, we wanted to order pick up in-person. The attempt to order the food was a pain in the ass. I tried to order their Meatloaf N' tenders family meal online. It would not let me change to fried from grilled tenders on my pc. Then I went and dl their actual app and triedon my cell. A few minutes later and have the same problem. Even though it says "fried or grilled" it would only let me order as a grilled item. My toddler is going tho a chicken nugget phase and that would meet that need wonderfully. Then I called over the phone and someone put me on hold for 10 minutes. At this point I hung up and went to KFC instead.

Very sad to see this restaurant go down hill like this. We have enjoyed it for years. Waited over 1 1/2 hours and still no food. We are done. Won't be back.
I asked for lightly scrambled eggs with cheese.
Not sure what I got , hard eggs cooked Luke rubber.
It's a big no for me

My kids and I went to Cracker Barrel for dinner the other night and after we ordered our food m, we waited for approximately an hour before our food came out. My children’s food seemed hot and somewhat fresh, but as for mine, it seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite some time. My eggs were rubbery, the hash brown casserole was dry/lukewarm and the only thing I felt was somewhat edible was my pancakes and even they weren’t 100%. Overall, probably the worst visit my family and I have ever had at Cracker Barrel and it definitely will help determine where we go out to dinner next time. The only thing I can say positive about our visit was, our waitress was very nice and attentive, the restaurant itself was clean and staff we encountered were friendly.

The only good food there is the stuff they actually cook in house like the eggs, most of the food comes in pre cooked, and it's alright. The product they sell in the shop is cool, most over priced, could get anywhere else cheaper. Fun place to visit and look around.

I love Cracker barrel. It is one if my favorite restrauants. I've never had a bad experience till yesterday. Service was slow for her to acknowledge us. She had an attitude the entire time. No offers of refills. I had the eggs Benedict with ham. The eggs were undercooked and you could still see the clear liquid on top, the hollidaise sauce was broken, lumpy and had way to mich vinegar. It tasted rancid. It took 15 mins for the waitress to come back I had to flag someone else down to help us.
By than my friends were almost done eating so I just had a side of sausage. No I did not complain to the manager. I figured we all have off days but it was very dissapointing.
Edit: management reached out and handled the suitation. Great customer service and kind.

I ordered chicken and dumplings. Michelle delivered our food to table. I tasted it and it was not even warm. Michelle wasn't around so I walked up to kitchen and another associate and she said she would microwave it and return to my table. She never returned with food. Michelle never checked on us to see if food was OK, so I never got my meal and my husband finished eating. When Michelle finally came to our table she didn't even realize I didn't eat and she asked if I wanted my food boxesd. I said no thank you and she removed it from our bill. It was not even busy at this time. I really don't know what was happening here as I can only guess there was no manager present. I usually want to give the benefit of the doubt but this was awful service.

Food was average. The early bird dinner is a good size. Wish they had a senior menu

I wanted the lemon pepper fish dinner, but you were out of it. I was so disappointed. I had your meatloaf that was pretty good, but it doesn’t compare to the fish dinner.
