Service and atmosphere are great, however I ordered the chicken tenders which looks amazing on the menu. The image on the menu showed the tenders laying on a bed of fries, so obviously I assumed they came with it. When I received my meal, I got 6 tiny overcooked tenders (they were very dry) and no fries (I will say that the menu didn't say they come with fries, but the image showed fries on the plate under the tenders.) $13.99 for what I received is highway robbery (6 small tenders and 3 sauces).

Love the store in New Port Richey Fl. Always friendly food is great. We have lots of great restaurants here in NPR but sometimes you just need some Cracker Barrel so that’s where we go.
Never been let down coming to cracker barrel. People are always friendly, place is always clean, and I'm always shown a sale that I can't turn down. FYI the salt and pepper shakers for 99 cents are an amazing deal for a collector

Years ago I worked at this Cracker Barrel. The food was always consistent and good. This morning I took my family for breakfast, 6 of us. I ordered the egg sandwich. The menu says on grilled sourdough. It barely touched the flattop. It was pure sog. My daughter had the campfire chicken soup, way too much salt. We all had the hash brown casserole. The potato’s were not fully cooked. We were so disappointed. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years, I didn’t complain. We were all starving so we ate what we could. Just wanted you to pay more attention to the food. It is hard to go to a restaurant and spend over $100 and a leave disappointed.

To be honest I have eaten here several times and my biggest gripe is the inconsistency. One time its great, but the next time it's bad. I like the service and love the easy scan and go checkout, but I never know if the food is going to be hot , fresh, and tasty.

Cracker Barrel is losing its country charm. The food was ok, service was ehhh.... We had to ask for silverware at least 3xs after our food came out. On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean! 😁

We've been coming to this location over 6 years now. In the past few months, we've gotten Aisha as our server, without requesting her. She's always attentive and polite. She's a great server, we will start asking for her when we go in for now on. She's the best server this location has!! She makes the whole dining experience a great one. Thank you Aisha for always having a smile, and being so friendly!! The food is always good too!!
