Got a couple of empanadas and yucca. All very good and inexpensive! Will have to come back and try more

The service the lady was rude. The food was disgusting. I really thought it was gonna be good, but I had no flavor. Very disappointing.

I've been here several times and it's always been great. Today's visit was different. The roast pork was all hard, and it tasted like refrigerator food from days ago. We also ordered Cubans, which I had never ordered previously. Horrible. Soggy bread, over-heated/cooked lettuce, and tomato. WHY do that? PUT THE LETTUCE AND TOMATO IN AFTER YOU PRESS IT. Just nasty. All of it went into the garbage.

The staff was nice...I was waited on quickly. I wanted a fish sandwich, but it was unavailable. I got alot of food in my meal...more than I could eat. I was hoping for more flavor overall. The plantains were delicious.

Very difficult communicating if you don't know Spanish

There is an old lady that works there that was very intrusive and had no sense of urgency.
When I walked in with my boyfriend there was customer ahead of us taking her time to make her order, she didn’t seem Hispanic nor did she spoke Spanish which I completely understand why she was taking her time to figure out what she wanted to order.
So approached the older lady that wasn’t doing anything,I figure since I was very hungry I could start of with a smoothie ( which I have done in the past with no issue) she told me I had to wait my turn, to which I was surprised,( this restaurant is never consistent with how they do stuff) but I could also tell she wanted to be unbothered with me. To which I mentioned I was very hungry and didn’t have an issue in the past with ordering a smoothie, but noticing her nonchalant attitude I just walk away and went back to the line, when it was my turn she finally yelled out what I wanted, to which I was done with her and decided to ignore her, but she yelled again and again until I finally told her I was no longer interested in a smoothie since I was getting my food already. She was got very disrespectful, attacking my character, meddling in my personal business with my boyfriend asking him why he was with me, if he really liked me and if he did- why did he like my character, what did he do to me or didn’t do, asking him why was he with me and so much more that I can’t remember. I immediately took action and decided to walked out, cancel my order. I couldn’t handle much of her disrespect to which I did reply that she needed to mind her business.

My first impression of this place was great but as I have kept coming on and off I have noticed these Spanish woman are very disrespectful with other Spanish woman.
