Only reason I am giving 5 stars is because the service my husband and I received from our waitress Vanessa! She was caring, kind and super attentive and made our night much better. The manager Keith needs some lessons in customer service or needs to retire, he is very rude and you can hear how he not only speaks to the patrons but the staff. Nobody should have to deal with someone that miserable in customer service. If you are that unhappy in your job you shouldn’t work with people. Keith makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable and negative. Thankfully Vanessa brightens everyone’s meal and smiles even though she’s treated horribly along with her coworkers by their manager. Please do better dennys nobody deserves to deal with that kind of rudeness from Keith patrons nor staff.

I went to Denny's in New Port Richey had my meal got my bill they charged me $4.69 for a single serving of orange juice. I live in Florida Orange juice is not that expensive. I could buy a gallon of it for $5

I usually love Denny's but the last few times I've went there the person at the front door was kind of rude and I had to wait 10 minutes everytime then it takes almost 30 minutes for my food to get to the table but the let's talk about the tbone steak the tbone steak is as flat as your girlfriend and it tastes horrible and has no crust.
Do not recommend.

So I ordered three meals through doordash. I paid $85.30 for this meal
I got breakfast for my son which she said was good I think he was just excited about the chocolate chip pancakes. I got a double cheeseburger for me. And that was absolutely disgusting. Well I opened up the box, it looked like somebody had chewed up all of the meat and spit it back out onto the bun. It was disgusting!!! The bottom bun was soaked in Grease all the toppings were all over the box. When I tried to put it back together it literally had no taste and I had to throw it out. I am so sorely disappointed because I ordered from the meltdown.. which I know is just Denny's with toasted sandwiches and it's always good. This was so disappointing and for the fact that I paid $85 in change for three meals is not okay the third meal was the chicken tenders and that went to my neighbor and she said that they were overcooked on the outside not super tender on the inside. The only good part of the meal was the under rings and those were amazing but you only get five of them when you order a meal.. super disappointed. I took pictures so if there's any way that you want me to submit them so you can see what arrived at my doorstep. Please let me know and I'll be happy to send them

1-Star Review for Denny’s (Ghost Kitchen Scam)
We ordered from what appeared to be a high-end burger place called “Burger Den” on DoorDash — $20+ per burger, premium-sounding descriptions, and zero mention that it was actually coming from a Denny’s kitchen.

When we arrived, we were shocked to find ourselves at a Denny’s with staff who had no idea what Burger Den even was. Eventually, they admitted they operate multiple ghost kitchens out of the same location but refused to help, lied about the order, and gave our food away. They even tried to cover it up by giving us a receipt from a completely different restaurant.

DoorDash refused to refund us, saying it was the store’s responsibility — and the store said to go through DoorDash. In the end, we were left hungry, scammed, and stunned by the complete lack of professionalism or ethics from Denny’s.

This is false advertising and consumer fraud. Denny’s is using fake restaurant brands to trick customers into thinking they’re ordering from gourmet spots when it’s just reheated chain food — if you even get it at all.

Do not trust this location or any of their ghost kitchen brands. They operate under multiple fake names, provide no customer support, and show zero integrity.

If this happened to you, report it. File a complaint with DoorDash, post your review, and send a report to the Better Business Bureau. Companies only stop this kind of scam when enough of us speak up.

This is the best dennys, came here at 11pm on a random Thursday and met the greatest kindest workers. The cook was playing incredible music that added to the atmophere, our waitress was kind, and the host at the front was super sweet on our way out. We were catered to our whole visit and will be returning! Thank you all
