Stay away from this location. Service is absolutely horrible here. The bathroom smells like straight up raw sewage. UNGODLY. The waitress Michelle P had a bad attitude. Food came out and was waiting on toast. I finished my food before it even came out. This waitress had no manners at all. I said thank you several times and I didn't even get a "welcome" back. She continued to be rude to other guests walking in the door. There was a guy that seemed to be the manager that cashed me out. I was going to speak up and tell him about Michelle but before I could he had an attitude as well and rushed me out. I will not be back to this location.

First : as we are opening the door the hostess starts yelling : how many ? Is there two of you ? HOW MANY?! Like can we get thru the door first ? Then as we actually get in the door we are hit with a stench of sewer. Almost left it was disgusting. When I asked about it the answer was yeah we deal with it every day .. ok? Then took her 20 minutes to come back to take our order. Ordered the Cali club . It comes with sun dried tomato mayo. I’ve had it before and they put like a dot on the sandwich. So I ordered and I said can I please have a side of the sun dried tomato mayo. She says yes. Side of mayo. I repeated the sun dried tomato mayo that comes on the sandwich. She says yup. She brings the sandwich no side of Mayo. I reminded her. She brings me regular Mayo. I said excuse I would like the sun dried tomato mayo. She says we only have one kind of mayo. I said no this sandwich has the sun dried tomato mayo . She gave me kind of an attitude but low and behold comes out with it. I got a Diet Coke my friend a sweet tea. Both tasted like the store smelled. Won’t be back. We should of followed our first instinct and left when the stench of sewer hit our nostrils upon entering.

I will never come here again!!! Came here with my family. One of them had a birthday. We ordered 2 $6 dollar grand slams. The presentation was terrible on all but 3 items we got. Barely anything on the plates. No discount for having a birthday. The biscuits and gravy tasted terrible. The gravy was runny. The biscuits looked flat and looked like mini pancakes. I don't recommend anyone going to this location. The outside of the building looks like it falling apart as well as the vents inside the build. It looks like they tried to fix it several times.

The creaps was to die for but the sausage and bacon wasn't good. It smelt weird inside not a good smell weird not to mention it was so cold inside.
Let me start off by saying bless the servers heart for working in the condition they are working in. The service was good but to be honest I was freezing to death. Its 45 degrees in the restaurant and when I asked why they said that the heat has been broken for years. How awful is that. I felt like I was eating in a freezer. Again the service was not awful but the conditions were unbearable. Please do better! Your employees and customers deserve to be comfortable.

i’m a regular who comes all the time and usually loves dennys and everything about it. i come about 5 out of 7 days a week. to the point every one in there knows my order by heart, my name & loves me. has my stuff ready before i walk in the door. but due to who ever “Jessica” and apparently is the “manager” now. they have lost my service just due to her attitude alone. if you don’t enjoy your job, don’t make it everyone else’s problem.

If I were permitted to rate this establishment with a zero, I would do so without hesitation. The dining experience was marred by an array of unsanitary conditions. The utensils, cups, and plates were visibly soiled, and the chicken tender was littered with hair. The walls were greasy, and the most appalling sight was an employee washing the inside of a coffee cup with only water just before serving the coffee. The ceiling was covered in mold, and the tables were excessively sticky. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the lingering odor of a dirty mop drenched in stagnant water made it impossible for me to finish my meal. This dining experience was undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. Paid our meal and left, never to return.
