My friend and I ordered inside. We ordered separate and they were out of a few things which is fine I get it. Some employees where rude as all get out, talking crap about my friends coffee order in front of the both of us. Cashier was very nice but majority of the other being the counter people were rude and judgy. “They wanted to be special and add cream and milk” wait to judge us until AFTER we walk out. I hope they have a better day. They also messed up our food, we ordered chicken bacon croissant stuffer and got one with what tasted like ham, no chicken to be tasted or felt. I hope they have a better day than they might have been having.

I absolutely hate this location. But it's the closest to my house and on my way to school. Every single employee is rude and picks and chooses when they want to make my coffee the right way. I've asked for the same coffee everytime. Sometimes they say they can add creamer. Other times like this morning they tell me it's AGAINST CORPORATE POLOCY to add creamer to my coffee.... how in the heck is that true? I have to ask for them to put 8 creamers in my bag and even that doesn't get done right leaving me to have to park my car after waiting in drive through line for 20 mins to come in the store to get freaking creamer for my coffee! Just to be treated with attitude and disrespect by the apparent manager who stares right through you as if she's high as a kite and doesn't take her job seriously at all when you're talking to her she rolls her eyes. The same group of what seems like teens working there are absolutely horrendous and literally started yelling at me through the drive through window cursing in front of a store full of customers? FOR CREAMER MIGHT I ADD. I'm always so polite too with my "yes ma'am & no ma'am" cus my whole family works food service. This place is trash and the people inside will make you wish you never started your day there. Go somewhere else. They all also refuse to give their names when asked. I've lived here my whole life. It's never been as bad as it is now... sad.

If they’re not completely messing up your order, they’re being ridiculously rude. I understand working in the morning with cranky people who haven’t had coffee yet but that is no excuse to be rude to nice customers all because you have to do your job. The coffee is disgusting as they never put in what you ask, and get upset when they you order more than 1 item. Hire better people.

I come here 3-4 times a week for the same thing an ice coffee and a pup cup it’s always 5 and change which is fine but I Went to the drive thru today and they asked if I’m paying cash or card I said cash ordered the same thing I always get and when I went to the window they said 12 dollars. I said an ice coffee isn’t 12 bucks and they said you wanted a pup cup right and I said yeah but that’s only a dollar and the large ice coffee is 4 and change how is it 12 dollars?! Lady said oh I see what happened and changed it after I asked to see a manager and they said there is no need for that. Idk what you all have going but that’s called robbery and it was a older chubby black woman with glasses and a younger super skinny Spanish girl there I didn’t get their names but they worked the morning shift on 1/3/25 around 11am and they need to be talked to or something. I’m a district manager at ihop and I wouldn't tolerate this with my employees at all and I would think dunkin would have some what of the same standards when it comes to their establishment.

I purchased a large hot coffee around 6 AM and maybe they didn’t add enough coffee grounds or it wasn’t filtering through but it tasted as if it was greatly watered down. I’ve never had coffee from Dunkin like this and so I called but it went to voice message, and of course the voice message was full, so I wasn’t able to leave a message advising them to check their coffee brewers

I'm there every morning I'm a regular there and every time I go though the drive thru in the morning I see a gentleman in the window with piercings and he is always cold I asked him why don't he have a jacket on and he told me he's aloud to wear it cause it doesn't say dunkin on it i think it's wrong from them to not let him wear one the workers look unhappy everytme I go in it's ok for the females to wear there're jewelry and nails but for him he can't that's sexist towards the worker's and managers there I'm never going to come back ever again

Nothing worse than having to deal with a worker with a shity attitude first thing in the morning and then having to wait 10 minutes with no acknowledgment apology or anything long-haired white boy if you don't like your job find another one
