DAILA – The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of customer service training. Her attitude and the way she handles customers are honestly shocking.
I ordered a large frozen iced coffee ($8.74) that had a bad aftertaste. I get them regularly, so I know when something is wrong with the drink. When I asked for it to be remade or switched, she told me the only thing she would give me was a small coffee ($2.59) Nothing comparable, Nothing reasonable. The way she dismissed the situation was unbelievable.
It is extremely unprofessional, and it reflects terribly on the store. No customer should be treated that way, and it’s clear that Daila should not be in a management position if this is how she chooses to handle simple customer concerns.
What makes this worse is that the employees themselves especially Kayla and Kaitlyn are always kind, respectful, and helpful. They’re wonderful workers, and it’s sad they have to deal with such poor leadership.

Was not greeded or help upon arrival waited 10 minutes no response from employees all of them early morning shift was waiting on a doordash order. All employees need to be retrained on greeting and helping customers when they first walking i had no ill be minute or a hello

GOT 20$ IN GIFT CARD ADDED THEM TO MY DD APP AND I CAN NOT USE THEM TOGETHER DUNKIN DONUTS IS A BIG SCAM
So I got their new peach drink with a sparkling water it tastes like perfume it's absolutely horrible so I went in there and asked if they could make me a Frozen matcha and I pay the difference the manager is like yeah go ahead switch it so I stand there for about 5 minutes then I stand there for about 7 more minutes everybody left to go on lunch or leave shift leaving me standing there no one's making my drink and the one girl turns around says oh what are you waiting for the Frozen matcha oh okay give me a second she turns around and asked the manager because it was only two girls now working everybody else done left the girl says how do I make the matcha I just lost five or six dollars on a drink because I didn't want to sit there and wait 10 more minutes and she didn't even know how to make it the manager was not helping her make it either so how are you supposed to learn if you're not taught this dunkin' donuts is a joke
