I went to this Dunkin this morning, and all the workers were sweaty and hot saying there's no A/C. (It broke). Not one should be working in that. Tried calling corporate twice, no answer.
One star. Went through a bit ago and ordered 2 coffees. One was the way it should be, the other was not. Typically I wouldn't say that means 1 star but in this instance they could cost someone their life. The coffee was a large latte with Carmel swirl and French vanilla swirl. They added hazelnut instead. I can't drink it, hazelnut makes me nauseous and vomit. So I did have to toss it. I'm not allergic to nuts but the next person might be. Photos attached.

Came in last Sunday and wanted a small milkshake. Heard one of the female employees tell a customer the blenders were down, then when she walked away i asked someone else and they said they were working and started making my drink. I think she just lied to the other person so she didn’t have to make it. She was also slamming stuff down like she was mad and giving everyone attitude. (Her name tag said MaKayla). Does not make me wanna come to this Dunkin again quite frankly. And doesn’t help the drive thru is always slow. Inside is always messy.

My husband and I decided to stop at this Dunkin' location on July 21st at around 12:30 PM instead of our regular one that we always go to—and it was a huge mistake. We ordered two croissants and two wraps, but the experience from start to finish was frustrating.
First, the woman taking our order over the intercom was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Thankfully, someone else stepped in and was much nicer. But when we got to the window, we only received one of the wraps. We told the woman at the window, and instead of simply checking or fixing it, she immediately accused us of lying and claimed she had put two wraps in one wrapper.
We showed her that clearly wasn’t the case, and she kept insisting we were lying, saying she’d check the cameras and being rude the entire time. The customer service was awful—we will never come back to this location again.

I orderd 2 coffees, and two donuts. Both coffees were watery and the donuts were hard and stail. I asked for a refund and they told me they can't do it now, come back tomorrow. Came back the following day they told me they weren't going to refund me. After arguing with her she handing me $4 and said your not getting a refund for the donuts. I asked why and proceeded to argue with her again. I told her ill be calling corporate. She hadned me anither $4 more dolars, a dollar less then my order. I lost a dollar but you lost a customer, i wont be coming back.

Well it's morning and apparently they have no bagels that makes sense but I expect nothing less from any Dunkin anymore. Whenever I come to this location it takes forever and the workers seem to be confused on where they are (a place of employment).

If I could give it zero stars I would because I watched Samantha spit in my food and then she decided to serve it to me. I think this is completely disgusting and should not happen in any food place.

As someone from Massachusetts Massachusetts the home of dunks this location is soooo slow! Its ridiculous. I live down the street and come often but compared to the locations up north this is a bad example

I am not a coffee drinker so when a friend asked me to get her a special ice coffee ... I had no idea how to order it. The employees there were very helpful

I have been trying to purchase whole bean coffee from this location for over 3 weeks (visited 4 times). During the second visit, I asked an employee if they could have it ordered. They said they would. When I visited a week later, they had none in the store. I spoke with an asst mgr and she said she would ask the store manager to order it. When I visited a week later, they had none and I asked for the store manager. They said she was not in but gave me her name and the store phone number. I have tried calling the store for 4 days and nobody answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message. This is awful customer service!

I ordered through the drive thru. I ordered two drinks: a large sweet tea with light ice and a caramel creme drink. I received the sweet tea in a quick and timely manner, however when I took a drink of it, i found that the the tea was not sweet at all. I was very disappointed in this. Also, I did not receive the correct second drink. After being handed my sweet tea, the employee in the window walked away without telling that my other drink was being completed. I sat at the window for a few minutes and was finally handed what I believed to be my other drink
However, upon further inspection, I realized that I was handed a LARGE REGULAR ICED COFFEE WITH CREAM AND SUGAR AND NOT THE CARAMEL CREME DRINK THAT I HAD ORDERED. I was unable to turn around to have the problem corrected and even if I could turn around, I was never offered a receipt for my order so I couldn't prove what I had ordered.
I WAS ALSO EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE FACT THAT I SPENT ALMOST $10 AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND DID NOT RECIEVE THE PROPER ORDER.
I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS DUNKIN DOUNTS AND HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF RETURING TO THIS PARTICULIAR LOCATION. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

Yasmin that works there from Rochester, New York is extremely helpful. She explained everything to me and was very kind with me and my daughters in the drive-through. She definitely made my day and I appreciate her work and patience. 5 star review. I will be going back there because of her. She deserves a raise with how much effort she put into helping me and my daughters know what options were available and had fun explaining the items to us . there was so much care given, and she was excited to work there and be Happy and helpful.
