This Dunkin is the worse . And I live within walking distance of it and I still drive out of my way to the little rd Dunkin. (The best Dunkin seriously ) I even started ordering "light almond milk" to avoid driving off with Carmel milk on ice . I give up on this location . Go to the one on little rd !

Always receive burnt food from this place the wake up wrap tortilla always has bubbles on it and the cheese is always non existent because it's burnt. The loaded hashbrowns are so wasteful because the cheese that's suppose to be on the hashbrowns they put on the top of the bacon that's isn't even crumbled like advertised just one piece of bacon broken in half and they don't place it properly in the bag so all the cheese ends up on top of the lid. Will never go back to this location would rather go to the one on duck slough because they actually make the food good and right.

Great food and friendly staff but I can’t rate any higher cause today I came through drive thru and I asked for 10 chocolate munchkins and without asking me anything he gives me assorted munchkins, got a caramel iced macchiato and is totally way off quality. The guy working was working the whole store by himself. Please stop doing this to your employees at a big company like this he completely rushed and messed up my order due to poor management due to rushing drive thru times while he’s by himself. I dont mind assorted but please get orders correct and if your out of something ask customers before changing their order up without notice. Drove to work and was mad that my order was messed up. No point to drive all the back. And to add on I don’t like plain glazed munchkins or donuts so please ask me next time

The staff was very friendly but I asked for a Boston cream heart donut. I showed them in the case and told them 3 times. I didn’t look in bag, my bad, and got the white cream one instead. I don’t like the white cream so disappointed.

Always come here for a coffee and a chocolate milk for my son, was just told they discontinued their bottled chocolate milk? So asked to have one made in a cup with milk and syrup and was denied. Every other dunkin has no issue doing this. My son was really upset. That's his treat just like the coffee is mine. I don't understand why this couldn't be done if I'm paying for it? Milk and donuts go hand in hand. Hope they fix this issue soon.

This dunkin is a amazingly serviced the staff is unbelievably helpful and the food and drinks are on point my only reason for the low score is due to thee head of management, ive noticed myself disrespectful twoards employees, unable to keep building available with necessary product, and consistently has very entitled attitude toward customers. But i will continue to suggest and always promote this dunkin due to truly how well the staff operates and even though the management is not up to standard the employees make it worth it
