I was trying to order through the app because I had a 2 dollar discount, but unfortunately, as usual, the app was not working for me. So, I went to the store and very nicely asked if there was anything they could do for me. Not only was he (appeared the person in charge) uncaring and unsympathetic to my plight, but my drink also arrived about three quarters fill. I am very disappointed as this took up a lot of my time, with still no resolution and subpar beverages.

Favorite Dunkin donuts ? Super cool nice staff. Clean place. Great service. The young girl in there made me a super delicious Mocha Frappuccino tasted better than Starbucks! I'm five months pregnant so I was super happy with my drink! She was so nice. The cashier was super sweet and the guy who got my 3 kids ice cream today. Thanks guys! It's nice to walk into a nice place for for some fun treats and be treated well. Next time I'll be sure to tip!❤️

I only go to Dunkin' Donuts at 2:00 in the morning because they throw all the donuts away from the day before big huge bags of it like 50 60 Donuts bagels and everything love that food love the service that they give atmosphere of a trash can not so much

Lady very rude ! I ask her to give me the rest of the milk that left over from my latte , she sad she have to change me ! For what ? For the milk that she is anyway will dump it ? Never have this problem before , first time ever . This is the customer service lately in DD !

They always make my cappuccino on spot. Since it's been under New Management. Excellent service ?. I stopped coming here before the remodel because management and staff was very slow and just always messed up coffee order. Not anymore.. This chic knows her job???
