I ordered the meal deal asked for tomato or Mayonnaise. They had nothing. I originally told them no bacon before I knew they had no condiments and then asked go ahead and have the bacon to make it a little moister and the guy complained and said I already made it so I said never mind if it would bother him too much. They did put it on. It was burnt in places. There wasn't enough bacon to have a taste and even half of it. I threw most of it away. The potatoes were cold, not crispy the coffee, however, was fine, it's ridiculous that it's so poor quality.

I stop by this place often on the way to work or on my break. I’m not one to complain but when you ask to speak with a manager about an issue THE MANAGER always has a nasty attitude. No people skills at all. Just rude and dismissive. Cindy you are an awful human being.

My place , my water , then shortly after an argument broke out between two of the employees overtaking breaks too long. Four of the five employees ended up going to the back to argue some more leaving Mike, one employee to finish everyone's orders. Once Mike finished my order, the argument broke out several times again in front of customers. I will sure it was going to turn physical.Or someone was going to quit , but they finally calmed down. Glad to see dunkin' donuts is starting dinner and a show.

A mistake was made on my breakfast order this morning and they didnt hesitated at all to correct it. I didn't get their names but it was 2 females working the drive thru and window, both were really nice.

Not sure why these kind of business don't have inspectors for quality control.

I just visited this place, ordered two coffees along with breakfast sandwich. Every, I mean single item... tasted incredibly terrible.
The workers have no respect handling customers food. What a difference when you go to starbucks (at any location). Yea, more expensive! But not just the food, customer service at it's best! I will never visit this Dunkin location ever again, I'm so disappointed.
Oh and just before I forget... go and check the bathrooms for your selves! Not even truck stops are this terrible. I wish the corporate office would pay more attention to the negative complaints about their company.

Came in at 12:30pm on 9/19. Vanilla creme filled donut was stale and had almost no filling. This Dunkin charges $1 + more than the Dunkin on SR54 for the identical items. And the girl working the drive thru dropped the F-bomb 4 times while chit chatting with other staff member(s). I was sitting at a table by the door and could hear her loud and clear...

By far my favorite Dunkin in the area! I visit this location every morning for my coffee and have yet to have a bad experience. They are super consistent which is important to me. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure their guests are satisfied. They deserve more appreciation than what they receive as they are the backbone of the buisness! Keep it up!

We have been eating at this location for several years. My husband ordered donuts and drove the 10 plus mins up there to get them. He read the list right off the phone that I texted him. Got home and the donuts were all wrong. Went back up there and they took the donut back after arguing with him that that was what he ordered. He had to show them the list right off the phone. Probably reused the ones they took back, bc who does that??? They made it right but 20 mins extra of driving and 5 mins having to argue to make it right wasted.
