They'll make your coffee wrong and when u go inside from just going through the drive thru they still make it wrong. Went to another location who made it right the first time.

Used to be a huge fan, not so much anymore. There, coffee seems to taste like it burnt coffee. Not sure what it is at least on the ice coffee.

This has got to be one of the worst Dunkin donuts I go and pick up for deliveries at staff ignores you while you're in line waiting even though your order is ready they tell you have to wait while the other person's waiting on their food very rude do not like this

I recently ordered food through the drive through here and the woman behind the window shouted to the rest of the staff that they have a "non-tipper" here with a rather weird smile. The other women smiled as well and it made me lose my appetite. the thought of what are they going to do to my food for not tipping was all I could think about. DUNKIN NEEDS A CHANGE OF STAFF!!!!

I recently visited this location and had an unfortunate experience that left me deeply disappointed. When I arrived at the drive-through, there were no other cars in line, so I assumed it would be a quick and smooth process. After waiting for over six minutes without any response at the intercom, I decided to pull up to the window, hoping someone would be able to assist.

After a few more minutes, an employee finally came to the window. However, instead of receiving help, I was met with a dismissive and rude tone, it was hard to understand the person with the tongue ring, so I wasn’t sure that I was hearing everything correctly when they came to the window. They informed me that I was expected to wait and drive back around to place my order. I felt that my presence was treated more as an inconvenience than as a valued customer, which was quite disappointing.

I genuinely believe in supporting businesses that provide respectful and efficient service, and this experience has made me reconsider future visits. In the future, I’ll gladly take a few extra minutes to visit a location that prioritizes customer care. I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the experience for others.

You really shouldn’t hire the first person who applies customer service is beyond trash. Don’t say hi ignores my requests and charges me twice for a pup cup and didn’t even get a full tiny cup some young kid with curly black hair shouldn’t work the drive thru and wouldn’t give me my receipt so I can write this off for work after asking twice
