I've had issues at this location numerous times. However, I'm 0/2 on the last 2 visits. Last week, the staff member basically acted as if he wanted to put "regular milk" in my girlfriends drink because it simply came with regular milk instead of almond milk, which we requested. This "man" with a pony tail and missing teeth is described in multiple reviews here. The next visit, I ended up using the app and picked it up via drive, though, and was missing an item. It is very unfortunate to have to babysit the staff.

It is 2:34 pm on a Saturday afternoon and they have maybe 2 dozen donuts to choose from 6 different flavors. Are you closing? Why are there no donuts at a donuts shop? Staff looked at me, but didn't say anything or welcome us in. Won't be back, there are other locations close enough (but I think have the same owners) so who knows if it'll be any better.

How many times can you keep the same location? So poorly run. Time and time again i continue to think that you are going to get a coffee correct when ordered. When you put a label on a coffee that has specifics such as sugar and there is no sugar in the coffee is a complete breakdof your reputation. I tell everyone now to avoid your location. It is terrible when you never make the coffee correctly. Today was. The last day I ever stepped into your store.

I very rarely bother leaving reviews, but when an experience is so utterly tragic and unacceptable, I feel led to share so people know. The overall conduct, demeanor and attitudes of the people who run this store are beyond appalling. Completely unacceptable. Aside from overcharging us and getting several details wrong on our order (which is forgivable), the employees made it evident that our presence and overall interaction was a major inconvenience for them; as if they were hoping we would never come back and leave a poor review. This business owner has employees that are truly sabotaging this Dunkin and it’s extremely sad. I could say more but I’m trying to let it go.
