Fire your staff, find a new manger or do better training. Disgusting attitudes and it seems like basic order taking comprehension is not there. By your closing staff on 8/9/2025
Thank you who ever make my frozen coffee here, I came here today 08/08/2025 at 8:50:02am you are doing an excellent job, I have complain two of DDs branch near by for some reason they actually made me wait for 30 minutes to get my frozen coffee. I thought first come and first serve, will not to other DDs branches.

I realize you are a fast food restaurant and I should not expect a lot but just stopped by to get an ice coffee. I waited in line before I got to the speaker to order and then a girl came on to say one moment. I waited a few minutes and finally said “hello” again for a man to say it will be just a minute. I just said never mind and drove off. This is a fast food restaurant should not have to wait like this.

I've gone to this location quite a bit lately due to my job site being near here and figured I'd leave a review. Unlike other Dunkin locations I have been to this one is always efficient, fast, friendly and organized. Not sure if it's the management at this location but I definitely have to give kudos because it's been different people that have served me and all of them have been very polite and helpful, even the different food items I get have been really fresh tasting and good. I go here for breakfast on my way to work so I can't say anything about the others items.

I did a mobile order for a strawberry dragon fruit tropical guava black tea #3184 I only had this once before as a medium.
Today July 29th 2025 at 2:57 p.m. I went to go pick up my order. Today it was a large strawberry dragon fruit tropical guava black tea .
Customer service is usually good. I'm pretty happy to be able to enjoy a treat like a coffee or a drink and have a nice conversation or smile with those helping us.
I'm pretty excited to spend my quarters to get a drink every once in awhile It's a long hot drive home. I have not gotten Refreshers often, I have only had them about three times I usually get a hot coffee. But it's too hot for hot coffee.
Thinking I would get something new that I liked I would try to get the new thing again.
I'm not much of a complainer until I feel like it's a safety concern.
I was very thirsty and drinking the tea thinking this was enjoyable it would be nice to learn how to make it. While I thought on it more. Thinking about fruit and tea and syrups and tea. As I kept taking more sips thinking about the flavors I started to taste something else.
I thought on each flavor but the only taste that comes to mind is mold. If you have kids. It's easy to notice the smell. Sippy cups with apple juice can sometimes collect that smell overnight if forgotten. And that's what I taste.
I have a large drink that is still halfway full and I can't stomach to finish the rest of it, knowing it could probably make me feel unwell later, even though I'm overheating and excited for a cool drink. Even though I've taken another sip thinking I might just be wrong, it's a definitely strong taste once you realize you're drinking mold. I know for a fact that what I taste is something funky that was forgotten. Whether it was the black tea machine is collecting a funk or syrups.
But it disappoints me to make a bad review because it's about trust an honesty and trying to find places you feel safe going to get food.

It disappoints me that food safety. And cleaning safety has been neglected..
Just so we're doing better at being there for your community. reach out to your friends and family. Just Tell them that you love them. We don't know if we have next year.

Does Dunkin Donuts sell donuts anymore? I'm shocked at how few varieties are sold. It's less than a quarter of the varieties that used to be sold at any D&D.

I'm done with this location. They can never follow the instructions for the orders and then argue when I ask to make it correctly like it's my fault they can't read.

Commentary on staffing and food prep process.
Ordered the 6 dollar meal deal and they gave me my drink promptly and told me to pull up for my food. I waited more than 5 minutes. Reversed my car since the 5 cars behind me already left. She forgot my sandwich and said they are making it now. I said I would wait until it’s done. She said “honey you’re holding up the line.” I moved forward and waited another 5 minutes until my food came.
So I waited 15 minutes for my food in the drive thru. I understand being busy, understaffed, etc. I don’t understand forgetting someone’s order.
Here’s the kicker. This is the second time this has happened in the past two weeks.
It looks like Dunkin runs on the frustration of customers waiting on their food.

I’m not very impressed with the service or cleanliness of this store. The service is in a word “terrible.” There’s always a wait and Orders are most always incorrect. The cleanliness of this store is sub standard. It seems the employees are left to run this operation without supervision.

Upon entering the store in the evening, I observed two employees engaged in their respective tasks. One employee was cleaning the machinery, while the other was seated at a chair, engrossed in their phone. Regrettably, both employees failed to acknowledge my presence or make any effort to ascertain my intentions.

Was there today June 7th 2025 12:00pm I ordered a large iced coffee they gave me a medium and an attitude when I told them it was a large. 2 seconds later they handed me a large up they poured lithe medium into a large and added ice. Rude! Thanks for charging me for a large when all I got was ice! Too lazy to remake a drink!

I asked for cream cheese on the side for my bagel so I can put it on myself. Manager tried charging me 1.99. I use to be a manager at Dunkin n that ain’t right at all.
Great atmosphere, the employees are very friendly and consistently provide excellent service.
