Literally so baffled by what just happened. I ordered the same drink I always order to be told they cannot do it. When confused and challenging this, I was cursed at and talked extremely unprofessional and rude, profanity was used in front of my daughter. Mandi, you must have been having a bad day but taking it out on a total stranger at your place of employment was the wrong move.

I just visited this location for a coffee on my lunch break. The girl that made my coffee did not put the lid on properly and my entire large hot coffee spilled all over my brand new car that I just got 3 weeks ago. Please be more careful.

Order a box of hot chocolate 45 minutes ahead. I get there and they say they can’t do that, when i asked them if maybe i did something wrong another team member says they don’t have the machine for it.
We stand in silence for like a minute before another team member says they can do 6 big cups or 10 small ones. Then a different team member brings me 8 and tells me they can’t do more due to the price. So i tell them I’ll pay for two more.
Not sure why as I’ve been able to order the hot chocolate box at this location before. Also no assistance with the 10 cups was ridiculous, having to pay for two extra after being told i was going to get them was annoying.
I understand they may not have a way to disable things on their end for their mobile app but it was upsetting when all employees were whatever about it.

This is by far the WORST and I mean worst dunkin I have ever been to. I thought maybe it was just because they were new so it’s just them adjusting but no, everytime I have gone to this dunkin something is always wrong. I ordered the 5 dollar meal deal today and the lady only wrung me up for my coffee and I said oh wait I got the five dollar meal deal and she said ok I will fix it just pull forward, I pulled up and when I got to the window she only handed me coffee I said once again, I ordered the 5 dollar meal deal, she said pull forward so I did. I sat there for 15 minutes no one came to the window and cars kept passing me so I left but I am starving and this was just horrible service. This dunkin needs new employees and should probably train them cause clearly they have no idea how to do their job.

My wife and I placed an order for delivery. when we received it the entire order was wrong. One item was the the fault of our delivery driver which wouldn’t have been an issue. however one of the other items was made completely wrong. So we called the store to see if we could have it remade and come pick it up. to which the employee on the phone told us she wasn’t going to argue with us and then proceeded to hang up. we called back a few times and the employee picked up and said “I’m just gonna leave the phone here so she can’t call again”. Then she set the phone down and walked away. the phone has now been off the hook for 40 minutes.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I’m in the hospital and ordered through a 3rd party. Now as I understand refunds go through that 3rd party is one thing however DUNKIN EMPLOYEES are the ones making the food. They messed up my sandwich not by giving me an entirely new one no they just put the ingredients on a bread that I can’t have. When I called to let them know and check if there was a way we could resolve this as the 3rd party advised me to reach out to dunkin per the food. The women who answered was nice at first till I asked why my sandwich got messed up. She immediately caught a nasty attitude and told me it’s not her problem it’s the 3rd parties. She said “I’m not gonna argue with you on the phone I’m busy. “ as I could also hear her conworkers in the back “we don’t even got that ladies money” and “just hang up “ As I said I am in the hospital and just wanted something other than hospital food. She then proceeded to hang up so I did call back because was just stunned. Mind you I was not shouting not cursing in any matter for this women to be as rude as she was. So when she picked up the phone the second time again I heard her and her co workers saying so just let it sit. So now the phone is off the line and you cannot call in. I have already contacted corporate about this it’s just insane you act so bitter and mean to someone who expressed they’re in pain and just wanted to know why the order was messed up. Shameful.

Then acts like Im being a problem and called me a liar. Finally proceeds to tell me "you dont need to be mad" was never mad. Mistakes happen but to call me a liar is crazy. Then shuts the window on my face after saying that.
Yea this location is going to for sure start losing business cus of her. Sad. Everyone's always pleasant and my office is 2 minutes away.
*update* coffee taste like dirt also. Lol. But i bet thats my fault to should've asked for it to taste good

Wow! Huge DD customer here, this store is one of the best! First, service is amazing! LONG line...I was at the window getting my order within minutes ?. The employees where so fun and cheerful! Food and drinks where perfect. Thanks for a great start to my day!

They have space for only 1 vehicle in the drive threw. ONE. So when they have 7 cars it blocks the entire shopping center. Cars have to drive in the wring side of the road right by the entrance putting everyone at risk every day

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Apparently food safety is disregarded when they get busy. Dropping stuff in drinks. Not cleaning properly between one drink to another. Mystery liquid in pitcher...then they proceed to pour a drink into the mystery liquid to be mix and give someone to drink. When confronted they denied it. Disgusting.
