Ordered a toasted sandwich. The bread was not toasted but everything else was warm. Make it make sense. Not to mention when I picked up my order, the employees were yelling curse words. Like, hello? Do you not care if customers hear? Act how you act when customers aren't present, but it's still a place of business....

I went in to get a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a bacon egg and cheese one, took one bite and noticed something was off and it made me and my bf sick! We took it apart to see that the egg was green and spotty, I called the store and the “manager” I talked to was super rude when I went into the store to get a refund I was approached by a man who I assume was another manager he was nicer but the lady I talked to was in the back going let me see that very rudely! I do not recommend going here as the minute I walked in all eye were on me and snotty faces were being mad.

First time at this dunkin. I go to dunkin every day but tried this one today cause it seemed closer and it was beautiful on the inside donuts behind glass well light friendly staff so going to make this location my new daily dunkin donuts and I go daily around 8am.
What a fraud Dunkin is. I asked for a dozen donuts divided into 2 boxes. They converted that into 2 orders and charged double instead of just for dozen. Can I file a legal claim against this fraud? It’s not amount, it’s the fraud a company can do and get by.

We have been going to this Dunkin daily for months now. Recently the staff has gotten TERRIBLE. Today one of our girls got yelled at for trying to pick up 3 online orders (placed at the same time, like we been doing for months) and was yelled at that she will not longer be able to pick up the orders.I recommend switching to Starbucks at this point. The food is always missing something or is messed up. The bacon is always raw in all their sandwiches, the coffee cups are half empty and items are missing. When picking up an online order and item is unavailable, they will NOT ask to replace it but simply just tell you it’s unavailable and move on.Few weeks ago they had amazing staff that worked there but all of a sudden they hired rude people that do not care and yell at their customers.

This Dunkin needs new management and staff that knows the menu and customer service. I’ve been to this location at least 4 times now, and every time is HORRIBLE. I am a Dunkin lover and this location makes me want to switch to the local Starbucks because it’s so disappointing.Food/Drink: There has not been a single time my food/drink order was fully correct. I have ordered in person AND on their mobile app. THEY DONT ADD CREAMER/MILK into their coffee half the time, or when they do, the coffee is extremely bitter anyways. I’ve gotten the same coffee order at (at least) 10 other locations and this Dunkin has impressively made it taste terrible and nothing like the others.I once got a chai latte and a french vanilla iced coffee and couldn’t differentiate which was which, as they both tasted extremely watery and bitter.As for the food, they’ve gotten my food order wrong multiple times, ranging from munchkins to breakfast items. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave- they’ll fix it if you ask, but usually not nicely.Service- The service depends on the day. My first encounter at this location was exciting and sweet, and the staff got my order completely wrong but fixed it up. After being back multiple times, the customer service obviously lacks and the staff are not happy.I hope this location can be improved soon, as it is a nice store in a great chain. I hope they evaluate their management and training for drink orders.
