Firehouse Subs New Port Richey

Ordered on Uber, asked for everything but tomatoes and got ONLY tomatoes, ordered pickles on the side and got none, ordered a cookie, didn’t get it.

Tastes great, I would say one of the better sub shops around. However that's not too good compared to subway, we really have limited choices here in NPR. This place is EXPENSIVE and not worth the price. I mean 15 bucks for a large sub on what planet is that a deal?? Then the bread is soggy and it is just meat and cheese.

JUST MAKE YOUR OWN AT HOME, IT IS WAY BETTER!!

GOD I MISS PENN STATION!!!

If they move down here, this crappy store is done, they could never compete with Penn Station!

They don't listen and they don't read. You ask to make a sandwich without pickles, and they put pickles all over it to where it's completely drenched in juice and you can't even eat your sandwich. Then they want you to wait while they make you a second sandwich that they were supposed to do right the first time. Who has time on a lunch break to wait for you to do things twice??? Waste of twenty dollars for a sandwich

Found cardboard in between the meat & cheese. I just wasted my money because god knows where that cardboard came from and what it touched before going into my sub. This is my first and last experience getting firehouse subs.

If you want to be disappointed order from this store. Apparently being able to read was not a requirement to get this job. Last 4 times I've ordered from this store they completely botch the order. I'll gladly drive to another location.

This company supported their community back when the going got tough during hurricanes in Florida. That’s worthy of 10 stars!

Firehouse used to be a very good sandwich but now the meat doesn't come close to filling up the bread. That's one way to battle inflation. Gave it several tries but for almost $10 a bread sandwich doesn't cut it.

It's been about 10 years since I had a firehouse sub. They used to be huge like the name sub implies, even if on the pricier side. This little sub looked more like the little torpedo's that Quiznos used to have, or an oversized olive garden bread stick. The flavor is still there but it's noticeable guys. I'd even be willing to bet that you've shrunk the package too. And the meat and toppings seemed scaled back too. Service was great and friendly as always. Don't worry I'll be in every now and then for some Capt Sorensen's Datil Pepper sauce but I won't be buying your subs anymore that's for sure.

Ordered a steak and cheese when I got home to eat it the bread on the bottom was soaked in the meat steam water that they evidently didn't drain off and in my attempt to try and eat it I bit down on something extremely hard looks like possibly bone I hope it's not something else, but let's just say I'm not eating anymore of my sandwich and will probably not return to firehouse after this.

Jazmin took my order today, she had great recommendations. She took the time to make my order herself and it came out perfect! She tried her best to upsell and it was greatly appreciated. She was incredibly friendly and obviously love her job. Hardest worker behind the counter. Great job Jazmin!!
