Grain and Berry - Trinity

Why ice in the cold pressed juices? I just paid $12 (most expensive juice around, first watch wasn’t taking anymore orders) for the smallest amount of juice ever. I also requested no ice, but ice was put in. Super upsetting. I’ll be sticking with the clean and amazing first watch juice for $7. Seems like a huge rip off. Don’t get your juice here. Only place that puts ice in it. I maybe got 2oz of juice and they do not strain it. It’s so foamy. Shop elsewhere

Have been here a few times the past couple of weeks recently. Pretty crazy how I'm usually never greeted. Never asked if I'm waiting on a pickup order. I've stood by the counter with no acknowledgment at all. Just employees walking by and not saying anything. And then I eventually get "What can I get you".. No you're welcome after saying thanks. Thought maybe they were having a bad day the first time, but this is a frequent interaction I've been getting. But smoothies are yummy though lol

It seems like a nice cafe, but! It's so dirty! The tables are dirty, the toilet is dirty!! You have to pay me for cleaning, guys... And it's early in the morning, so you can't say it's because there were a lot of customers... should say, service is very good, girls are friendly and they work good.

OK. I'll come right out and say it. I got there late. It was technically still within operating hours, but they were already closed for the night and found a nice way to try to say it. I get that there are some closing procedures that get started before the establishment is closed, but everything? I'd understand being told, "Sorry, we can only do [like 1 or 2 items] since we're about to close! " But it seems a bit extreme to just say the equivalent of "sorry we're closed" when I'm rushing to just make it in regardless of accidents and lane closures and your open sign is on and we arrive before the store's official closing time. Here, I will take some of the blame here. As I said, I got there late at night, but maybe try to keep at least 1 option open for customers who are doing their best to make it within your store's hours.

I walk in and order and carry out 2 to 3 times a week for my daughters they both like the original grain and berry with acai base they love it with tip I get out of there at I consider a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and looks like they work hard great place I highly recommend this place.

I came here for the first time a week ago and Reagan’s customer service was on point. She really helped explain the menu and gave great recommendations for the smoothies. I ended up getting a Healthy Elvis. It was so good. Definitely recommend grain and berry! and the environment inside was very cool would sit in there and enjoy time with friends anytime
