Landon was polite and waited on me right away. It was a very good experience. This was my first time in the store. I plan on coming back

Every time I walk in here, its a bunch of kids just standing around and talking. Takes forever to get an order because they're planning their weekend.

Visited 5/23/25 and the place was empty. The staff which consisted of 3,
Matt, Julia, Maleah
They were cleaning the place and as soon as I arrived with my party of 3 we were treated like we were VIP.
The staff made sure and raised the music, created incredible bowls and made sure to check on us and asked if we wanted anything or if we’re ok.
They were close to cleaning time and were cleaning like pros . We were never rushed out and at the end of our bowls asked if we wanted anything else and invited us to come again.
All young adults maybe high school students had such professionalism and kindness that you barely find today.

Food is great as usual but this specific location (Trinity) is notorious for forgetting when things are ordered on the side specially Granola. I don’t know why. Palm Harbor still the best service.

Horrible and professional I love grain & berry but the laziness and ignorant attitude from the male worker he told me I can’t get a half spirulina half acai bowl just because they are pre made , stop being lazy and have a welcoming tone and do your job properly I’m not a rude person I’m never going back to this store and it’s a shame because all the other workers really go out their way to serve an amazing experience

Had the best experience ever going to Grain and Berry Trinity. Danny and Evan were the absolute best and made our bowls perfectly. Their smiles, personalities, and customer service were so welcoming and made our experience so much better. It was more than just a great meal it was also a wonderful time. We can’t wait to come back

First time goer. I’m frustrated because I feel like I would love this place, but after my experience today, I unfortunately won’t go back.
I told the person taking my order that I need completely dairy free items on my flatbread, along with gluten free crust.
He said he’d take care of it for me. I get my order, see there’s pesto on it but knowing that he said he’d take care of it, I didn’t bother to ask. Ate a slice, sure enough, my stomach starts hurting like it does when I have dairy. So I go ask a worker if their pesto is dairy free. He said, it has cheese in it.
Then I proceeded to throw my $15 flatbread in the trash and walked out.
On my end, I should’ve been annoying and asked about every ingredient in it, but on the other hand, employees should be more aware of their ingredients as well, especially when they say they’ll take care of it.
