Every other time I've been here was great as far as food and service and facility...this one thing today was very off putting. I ordered two smoothies to go. Girl calls my name when they are ready. She puts two smoothies in front of me and two straws. These are to go so I ask for a bag so I'm not carrying two cold smoothies in both hands to my car. Girl looks at me looks at pile of bags on the counter and lifts a corner to show me where I can get my own bag and walks away. I just thought this was not very nice. Part of good customer service is doing the job. In this case that would include putting the drinks and straws in the bag for me which is how I would do it and any other time I've gone there they have done it. It was just not nice...don't they bag Togo orders for driver? Am I being petty? I spent over 20 dollars there! Everything else fine

My smoothie wasn’t even blended right, sucking bits n pieces as I try to drink it using the thinnest screws in the universe since they do not have proper smoothie straws, waste of money , I got the just peachy , tastes NOTHING like peaches , it’s a grainy banana smoothie rather.

The service at this location is very mediocre. Their bowls are very good though, similar to the quality of other locations! If you’re trying to get açaí, I highly recommend going to a Grain and Berry location. Very yummy and filling!

Drove the extra half hour to visit this location to get a proper temperature açaí bowl. This will be my new spot to visit for my fav açaí bowls as the one in Palm harbor now sucks, thanks Trinity for keeping the standards as they should be. See you guys soon!Matt helped us out and we see that he's the employee of the month, beautiful photo btw, and he was very personable. Maverick was also very nice and the two compliment the business. We also decided to snag a coffee on the way out.

Maddi was amazing! This was my first time coming in and I was a bit confused. She was patient and kind while she broke down the menu for me, and helped me finalize my order. Excited to come back, my friend and I had a wonderful experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here today! We came in for breakfast at 9:45am. We had an acai bowl each and the portions were so generous that we skipped lunch entirely. They were absolutely delicious! My husband also ordered an espresso after reading the Lavazza sign on the wall. He is Italian, was born in Italy and in the 12 years that we've lived here, this is the first time he loved an espresso. It wasn't just the closest to an Italian espresso we've had in the US, it was exactly like an Italian espresso. We'll definitely be back!

Upon arrival I was informed that my online order was just a minute from being completed. Meanwhile several walk-in orders were prepared and handed off to prespective customers and four online orders were prepared and placed in cold storage. Then after standing for an additional 6-7 minutes while my order was being prepared it was discovered that the stapler used to secure the bags had run out which required an extensive discussion between 3 separate employees as how to properly install new staples in order for my bag to be secured so that I could finally be sent on my way. 18 minutes from the time I walked through the door I was finally on my way to the customers house with this order. This is a completely unacceptable way to operate a business and I definately won't be accepting future orders from this establishment...

Went tonight for two bowls for me and my father. my bowl was unfortuantley made wrong ... no big deal, went back inside to maybe exchange it so they can remake it... they took the bowl that was wrong.. still charged me for my new one...? i also paid for extra nutella and peanut butter... didn't get it. the açaí was freezer burned... just a terrible experience overall.
The bowls and smoothies are the best and the reason I come back. The specialty toast however needs a price cut or quality of ingredients needs to be better.
