Overall this place has great food and so-so service depending on the night, I had a reaction to their sushi after explaining to our server that I was allergic to a certain type of ingredient, well comes to find out the chefs do not wash their knives while cutting the different ingredients, poor cross contamination training.

Tried a new sushi place for take out. We had heard good things about the place so we figured, why not? The parking lot for the place is always super busy. So it must be good, right? We ordered sushi, hibachi steak with noodles and steamed gyoza. As we walked in to pick up food the place was buzzing with the dinner crowd. If you are dining in you'd most certainly have to arrive early. The hostess was polite and double checked our order with us. Then we hopped in the car with our take out hoping for the best. Well, there may have been a reason we didn't try the place sooner. Maybe it was just that night or the time of the order, but the hibachi steak and noodles had no taste. The sushi rice was soggy and tasteless. The tuna, to me, looked a little brown. Our steamed gyoza, looked a little undercooked. Maybe it was the night? Maybe it was the ordering out at that specific time? The service was great, the waitstaff super friendly. The food - not so much - at least, for this time.
