Every time I visit the location on US 19, I am greeted with smiles and the service is amazing. The staff also knows me by name and they make sure I am pleased with the meal. Lisa remembers me every time I come and makes a point to catch up since the last time I visited the restaurant

8/13/25 jazmin was great!!! Food was good. 5/20/25 it seemed that the kitchen was slow. Cooked the eggs to much but we were hungry so we didn't say anything. This is the one in new port richey

I would rather spend half the price at McDonald's. pay for two beef patties and was upcharged $5, never received an extra beef patty. Toppings weren't right. Even though it clearly stated everything on the receipt, fries are cold and stale and have no taste of them not even salt. They need to get whoever's in the kitchen cooking currently out of there because they clearly have no idea what they're doing to be charging $22 for a burger meal

This IHOP is the best!!! The manager, Ernesto is very friendly and personable. I go here all the time. Maribel, Meagan, and Britnee are awesome 👌. The rest of the ladies are great as well. The food and atmosphere are very good. I'm always treated like family, and I love that. GO and find out for yourself tell them Sparkle sent you
