The girls definitely need to be re-trained every time One girl always looks like a deer in headlights and the other one is always trying to figure out how to make the food. Just had a buffalo chicken Philly with no buffalo last time I had made cheese. Nice girls just need to be trained it’s to expensive to get the wrong subs

Terrible- got a reg roast beef n provolone- first bite tomato n bread- then a bit of cheese- was 1/3 way in before I got to roast beef and it was 1 layer think! Gotta be kidding! The other half was perfect- but for the price I’m expecting the entire sandwich to be a classic jersey mikes! I’d skip this location

Spent $20 on one sub, drove 4 minutes home and the sub was a complete mess. Bread was very soggy couldn’t even pick it up. Called to see if I can come back and either get a remake or a refund. Lady on the phone said there’s nothing she can do. FALSE. You can remake the sub or issue a refund. I was the only one in the restaurant and waited 20 minutes for 1 sub. Worst location experience.

I came in on a particularly more busy evening than normal. Anthony was so efficient, friendly, and attentive. The other lady, I wish I had gotten her name. She was so friendly, and quick. They got customers orders done in a timely manner, was so friendly to everyone and neither of them looked to be bothered or stressed. They did not make me feel like they were rushing us out the door but cared for each customer accordingly. They’re great!!!

Placed order on your app and was sent an item with mayo on it even though we specifically asked for none due to an ALLERGY. And was told since they use DoorDash they couldn’t help me unless I reordered and spent the same money again and I would get a refund in 3 days. When I advised I just wanted refund they told me because I used points on my order I would have to drive to the store to obtain a refund. Are u kidding me? Is this how you do business when you mess up someone order? Now I have to go out of my way and waste my time to get a refund? And because this store is a franchise and privately owned I’m SOL. I tell you, this is NOT the way to do business. Wow.

This place looks so sloppy.
When we arrived at the shop no one greeted us. The place was empty and not one table was clean. Looking into the work area floor, all dirty and scraps all over the floor. It's not like they didn't have the time to clean. The place was empty and no one was making any orders so you could see the staff in the back just chatting it up.
