I came in on a particularly more busy evening than normal. Anthony was so efficient, friendly, and attentive. The other lady, I wish I had gotten her name. She was so friendly, and quick. They got customers orders done in a timely manner, was so friendly to everyone and neither of them looked to be bothered or stressed. They did not make me feel like they were rushing us out the door but cared for each customer accordingly. They’re great!!!

Placed order on your app and was sent an item with mayo on it even though we specifically asked for none due to an ALLERGY. And was told since they use DoorDash they couldn’t help me unless I reordered and spent the same money again and I would get a refund in 3 days. When I advised I just wanted refund they told me because I used points on my order I would have to drive to the store to obtain a refund. Are u kidding me? Is this how you do business when you mess up someone order? Now I have to go out of my way and waste my time to get a refund? And because this store is a franchise and privately owned I’m SOL. I tell you, this is NOT the way to do business. Wow.

This place looks so sloppy. When we arrived at the shop no one greeted us. The place was empty and not one table was clean. Looking into the work area floor, all dirty and scraps all over the floor. It's not like they didn't have the time to clean. The place was empty and no one was making any orders so you could see the staff in the back just chatting it up.

Lettuce was clearly turning. Tomatoes unripe. Hardly no meat put on sub, unlike in the past. Manager who made sandwich was just friendly enough to get by. Like she didn't want to be there. Maybe this is hiw it is when you use points without a tip.

I've gotten the tuna sub from here many times but today I got a sub that didn't taste right, either the tuna or mayo was bad. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything about it because it was personal preference. I will NEVER go to this store again. I was a Jersey Mike's reward member but I'll go to subway or Publix from now on!!!
Fast service. But watched an employee in the dining room fixing the tv with gloves and an apron on. Continue to the food service line, changed their gloves, and continued to help make food. Didnt wash their hands or change the apron. While making food wiped their knife on the already dirty apron. Not sure if the knife wipe on the apron is a common practice but was not a fan of that especially if the apron is worn outside the BOH

It’s been awhile since I live been to Jersey Mikes, but this evening we decided to try it out since we had a gift card. We were blown away by the amazing service we received by Tori. She not only served us but she also accommodated us in our preferences for our orders. She also made some great suggestions for future visits on different options for us to try. We definitely plan to come back due to the great customer service she provided. It wasn’t just a transaction but an overall great experience!

As always no matter which Jersey Mike's we go to food is awesome. With my cancer its a treat when im up to eating and we always get a gaint sub cause it lasts 2-3 days. This was first time at this one and employees were not friendly at all. Not even a hello. Nothing. I kept saying thank you and got nothing in return. It's like there were not listening cause I had to repeat order more then once and all I got was one sandwich. I won't be going back to this location....

This store is the best always clean very welcoming to sit and eat your meal in restaurant they greet you when you come in and the assistant manager she’s amazing and makes the best sandwiches in town ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
