I had the worst experience at this location. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, my sandwich was made wrong, and I waited for every customer in the store to be served before my online order was touched. The online order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before it was actually made. So I waited 25 minutes for the whole store to get served, and then I was acknowledged by John and a girl with purple hair and the nastiest attitude. They cut me off while I was speaking, and was told he “Didn’t know what to tell me” in resolution to my issue.

There were 3 young staff this Sunday, 9/29. So nice and welcoming and they did every order exactly as I asked. Second time at this location, and I will be back! I wish I got names! I was there at 145 pm.
