I have been eating at Jersey Mike’s for a lot of years (originally from New Jersey) I have been frequenting this location since it has come to Pasco County. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is always fast and friendly. Now that I have dietary restrictions I am still able to find something there.Dietary restrictions: I am on a meatless low sodium diet.

This is one of the cleanest stores I’ve ever been to. They always have fresh ingredients, and perfectly baked bread, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The employees are very friendly and sincere, their gm Hunter is impeccably knowledgeable. 10/10 do try this store!!

Arrived w my 2-teens at 845pm. The plan was to “carry out” as to not delay the store closing (or be a hindrance to post-closing processes.)My entire interaction - from ordering to departing was less than 10 minutes.Why the attitude then?!?! I’m leaving a tip and out before 9pm - the scheduled closing time.JM is open until 9pm. I was in my car at 8:53 after leaving a 15% tip on $40 of subs.I am not quite sure what my family did wrong aside from order and leave, but it was one of the most unwelcoming restaurant situations I have felt (and my teens felt it too).I hope that management/owners have a talk with the 2 closers from tonight (12/18/23) … not good service :(

Love this place!!! Always fast , friendly, fresh and delicious! My favorites are the tuna fish (#10), club supreme (#9) on wheat Mikes Way plus pickles! And not to forget, the mike's famous Philly (#17) on wheat plus Mayo and yellow mustard! Thank you for all that you do!

I love this Jersey Mike’s ever since I moved to Florida the only one I come to but since the new crew I have had not just 1-2 bad experience 3. I keep going back because I love it but hoping they would do better! Today I ordered lunch they had some how mixed me and coworkers bread up so she didn’t have what she ordered and neither did I! I called and she told me unfortunately that’s nothing we can do about it sorry if the breads were mixed up!
