I order a sub the biggest they had and it was wrong. They credited me when I went to order my free exlarge sub plus more they said they didn't have it. They called me to tell me I had 30days to pick up my sub and I went to order it within 7 days. Ripoff as far as I can see. They said they didn't have it. They called me from the store to tell me I had 30 days. I ordered within the 30 days. I bet Jimmy John's wouldn't treat there customers like this. I had a takeout.

I'm not a regular customer of Jersey Mike's. I tried again to patronize the restaurant after a long, hiatus. The staff were great and quick to fill my order. My overall impression is it's too expensive. The quality is "sub" par and the calorie count is rediculoius. I'm not a fan.

The second time, I didn't receive my order. They claiming it is technical issues. Funny, they received my order. Talked to door dash driver. They accept the order, and the driver arrives to be greeted with a sign that try back in 30 minutes. They don't have courtesy to notify me or the driver. Waited over an hour. Now, there is no fodd and rude response from employee.

Ordered subs for pickup right when the store opened yesterday they came with long black hairs inside them this is totally unacceptable and suggests that minimum health standards are not being adhered to, I won’t be back ever.

I got the Mike’s famous Philly sandwich and as I was eating it I discovered a long black hair in my sandwich so I had to spit out the food and throw away the rest of the sandwich. This completely ruined my appetite. There’s these things called hair nets and they should really invest in those and make their employees actually wear them.
I had a delicious vegetarian sub last week! It had grilled mushrooms, cheese, lettuce, jalapeño, tomato and mayo on a sub roll. I am dreaming about it right now! Hopefully my hubby can pick up one for me for dinner! Lol! Very nice people who work here and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Jersey Mikes Subs! I believe they have a free sub offer on the app for your birthday too?
Vegetarian options: The grilled mushroom and peepers with onions sub is great!
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot
Kid-friendliness: There are many kid friendly options on the menu
