Will never order at this location again. Horrible experience terrible service. I placed a take out order in person and was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. I walked into the store next door while waiting. Come back at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order. I am standing directly in front of the counter for 35 minutes waiting for my order. two servers who also work the register must have walked directly past me 20 times. in the meanwhile customers came in, were seated, ordered...read full review
I ordered dinner for take out and have never been so disappointed. My baked ziti was dry and cheese on top burnt. It seemed like someone forgot to pick up and they just reheated it for my order. Usually I love there dinners so disappointing. I could see it they were busy but hardly any one there. Seems like they changed chefs or are training one. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
Horrible horrible customer service. They are never busy but they made our Uber driver wait forever and when I called, they made him wait even longer. They were nasty and rude on the phone. I finally canceled my order. I sent 2 messages and never heard back. Stay away from this place. The food is not good enough for them to treat their customers like this.
