Joey's New York Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Will never order at this location again. Horrible experience terrible service. I placed a take out order in person and was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. I walked into the store next door while waiting. Come back at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order. I am standing directly in front of the counter for 35 minutes waiting for my order. two servers who also work the register must have walked directly past me 20 times. in the meanwhile customers came in, were seated, ordered food and their food was on table as I continue to wait. A customer came in and placed a take out order while I stand waiting. He got his food and left. Not one time when arriving to pick my order up did anybody greet me or asked if I had been helped. Finally, after 60 minutes, I asked the server who took my order if she knew how much longer. She asked the name the order was under. Here my order had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. Had one worker that walked past me as I stand next to the counter asked. if I had been helped. What did they think a guy standing by the counter for 45 minutes was standing there for. They were not busy at all. 1st time and last time I order at this location. I order at the Little Rd location about twice a month. They are fast, friendly and have excellent service. The food is good, price is good. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Little Rd location. The service will make it worth it alone. Little Rd is always busy and still get over the top service.

Love this place! Had it for the first time today with my friend Maggie. We had chicken marsala and wow...the absolute best chicken marsala I ever had. It is my friend's favorite restaurant and it is her favorite meal. She says if she could eat one meal only for the rest of her life, it would be their chicken marsala. We had a lovely waitress too. Overall, amazing! Lived up to the hype my friend has for this place.

They have the greatest pizza in all Pasco county. Always fresh ingredients and delicous pizza!

Even though they didn't have much to offer because of Hurricane Milton. Trucks hadn't come. They still had what we wanted. They were wonderful ??. We all had pizza and it was great! I'm sure the trucks are running now! Great place! ?

I drive 14 miles to get food from this place and their food is amazing. Their service on the other hand sucks people answer the phone they don't know what they have what they don't have they charge you for stuff they don't have and then you don't get it and by the time I get home with my food and realize I don't have it it's too late. Then you get a big excuse about oh I'm sorry but we didn't charge you and we forgot to tell you I am so sorry. Yet the price quoted over the phone was 36 and the price I paid was $39 and I was missing something so if they charged me for something didn't they. Might want to give your help a little bit better training

I never felt so insulted for calling when I got home to tell Belinda that they had made a mistake and gave me a chicken cutlet parmigian hero when I had ordered a meatball parmigan hero. When I had called to tell them the problem after tipping them when I had left ! I was told there is nothing they could do cause I had bitten into the sandwich ! So being the long term loyal customer that I am .I felt the need to write this review and say goodbye to joey. I did enjoy your chicken parmigan dinners and meatball parmigan heros twice a week but with the way destiny told Belinda that there was nothing they would do ! I must say goodbye to doing business with you ! Jimmy Coye Rockaway Beach New York ! You know who I am ! If not ask Tina ! Truly Disappointed !

I used to eat every weekend. New workers don't know about high quality service. Restaurant pays salary I am not obligated to tip workers dude. This for the manager and pratone. You are loosing bussiness with your system.

Pizza is raw even when I tell them to cook it longer! A pizza place that can't cook pizza.
