8/9/25. Reserved table for 8 front corner. Arrived to find our table had been given away. We were replaced at the back of the restaurant and there was no room for any one to get by our table. The person who was pointed out to me as being the manager rammed into my purse on back of my chair at least 4 times I called somebody else over and asked them to talk to her about it. I moved my purse. She then started ramming into my chair as she ran by over and over. The service was very slow. It wasn't the fault of the waitress there was simply not enough people working. I ordered chicken piccata, the waitress brought it out to me, and as she was placing it on the table, spilled it all over my brand new blouse. It burned my wrist. again not her fault , there was just no room. She was wonderful trying to help me with it. I had finally had enough, so I moved to the end of the table. The server was kind enough to move my chair for me as I was trying to clean my blouse. I ordered chicken piccata as did my friend to my right. We did not get chicken piccata. We got two very very tiny breasts of chicken laid in a huge puddle of piccata sauce of which they were dozens and dozens of capers, they couldn't have been rinsed because it was so salty. My friend was so hungry that he ate the two pieces of chicken with some overdone broccoli that he ordered instead of pasta. My husband also did the same thing broccoli instead of pasta. We were told they could be exchanged out. I could not eat my meal. It was just horrible. My angel hair pasta was cold and all stuck together and it looked like somebody had poured a dollop of the sauce on top, which did nothing to help unstick it. I asked to speak to the manager. About 10 minutes later she leaned over the wall that goes down the middle of the restaurant and in a loud voice says "who needs to talk to me". I proceeded to talk quietly because I didn't want to be embarrassed, and I explained how I sauce was spilled all over my blouse. I just explained everything to her And she looked at me and said "what do you want me to do?" Do you want me to get you something else? What do you want me to do? I said I'd like you to take it off my bill. It was horrible. She doesn't even say another word to me when she turns around heading back towards the kitchen and yells loudly "take it off her bill" to no one. I was so embarrassed as everyone turned and looked at me. I was a little bit chilly and we were asking for our bills so I told my husband that I was going to step outside to warm up. As I was getting up to go, I see the manager come back from behind in the kitchen to the register in the dining room, hitting off of her vape and letting the smoke blow out of her mouth and nose. I wasn't sure that I saw what I thought I saw so I let it go and I went outside. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for them to come out and while I was waiting, they were all given the wrong bills, so they had to be redone. Then the two men who ordered broccoli instead of pasta were charged extra for the broccoli, but were never told that they would be. It was a nightmare after a nightmare after a nightmare and to end the whole night and to my delight in knowing that I was not losing my mind, everyone at the table saw the manager at the register hitting her vape. We asked another waitress if we were allowed to vape inside the restaurant and she said absolutely not so we asked her how come the manager was allowed to vape inside the restaurant and she said I know she always does. 25 minutes after asking for our checks, they finally came out of the restaurant. To say that this evening was a nightmare was putting it mildly. It was horrifying. Never again will any of the seven of us eat in any of these Joey establishments again. We live in a huge gated community and you can be sure that we will be telling whoever we can, not to go back. Instead of opening up new restaurants you should make sure that your old restaurants are being properly run. Oh
1st and last time I order from here...polite on the phone, delivered in the time frame but to have a pizza half pepperoni half cheese to come looking like this is a disgrace...and I tip well...
Ordered 2 slices and a drink. Worse pizza I ever had. Could not even eat all of 1 slice, was dry and obviously old. Very disappointing because they use to be good.

My wife and I are both 73, We are at Joeys at least three times a month. We are from New York and had been very hard to find a good Italian restaurant, joeys has been excellent! when it comes to food. The service is hit or miss. We picked up $500.00 today in catered food. NO ONE HELPED WITH THE FOOD! WE HAD TO CARRY IT TO THE CAR OURSELVES. IT WAS NOT UNTILL MY WIFE SPILLED HOT SAUCE ON HER, THAT A FELLOW CUSTOMER ATTEMPTED TO HELP. AT THAT POINT FINALLY AN EMPLOYEE CAME FROM THE KITCHEN AND CARRIED OUT THE REST OF THE CATERED ORDERED. THE AMOUNT WE SPENT SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE!! THE SERVICE SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC OR AM I EXPECTING TO MUCH. AT LEAST THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT WHEN WE GOT IT HOME.

Don’t what happened here ,completely different. Must have new cooks. The shrimp Marinara was not great, sauce tasted like tomatoes out of a can with large chucks of tomatoes. The shrimp still had tails on and made a nice mess when when u ate them. My wife’s veal parm. was tuff with a thinner version of the same sauce minus the chuck. Never again.

Husband and I have gone here weekly. Food is honestly average, but not bad. Service is great. Atmosphere was a real draw to us as husband has dementia and can’t handle loud places. Joey’s was always low lighting, soft music, and older adults eating meals. Soothing. Tonight, the manager or owner must have left the building and the kids took over. Suddenly, it became very loud - music became loud base drumming- felt like in a disco and noise level shot up as all the patrons now had to shout to talk to one another over the music- became Like any of the tons of local bars on a Friday night. Would have had dessert but couldn’t stands being there any longer- went down road to Starbucks for dessert instead. Guess we are done with Joeys. What a shame.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have spent a LOT of money at this location over the years, tonight I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings, received a pizza with one topping, while in conversation my roommate and I grabbed a slice each not paying attention and realized this was incorrect. Upon calling I was told since we had eaten a couple pieces they wouldn’t replace it and make it right and I was to call the Slice app to get a refund, is it REALLY going to break the bank to send a pizza YOU messed up? I’ve also never once been asked to return food. That raises a lot of questions about kitchen practices there. Were they going to try to sell a pizza that was made, handled and delivered? You’ve lost a regular.
Food was not their usual. Over cooked and not to order. Something I’ve had from there multiple times, and was so looking forward to it! Manager did offer replacement, but at that point I was already too disappointed. And he hung up on me. Right now, not sure I’ll order again.

Ordered carry out on a Friday night. Was told the order would be ready in 35 to 40 minutes. I arrived just under 30 and the order was ready. It appeared to be very slow for a Friday night. I ordered two penne alla vodka and an Italian trio with a side of meatballs and three salads ($64.33). Arrived home and discovered missing one salad and the side of meatballs. I was told they were having problems with orders in the back and they apologized. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The food was subpar and expensive. I have been a regular for several years, but I will not be going back. Country. Kitchen and Leaning Tower have more convenient parking and the times I’ve tried have been pretty good.

Used to love this place, but lately it has gone down hill. Today's delivery was just a big disappointment. Supreme pizza looked like it was laying on its side, all toppings on one side of the pizza and in the corner of the box. Even the box was soggy like it had been sitting like that. Wings barely had any sauce, very dry. Definitely gonna have to find a new place.

Will never order at this location again. Horrible experience terrible service. I placed a take out order in person and was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. I walked into the store next door while waiting. Come back at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order. I am standing directly in front of the counter for 35 minutes waiting for my order. two servers who also work the register must have walked directly past me 20 times. in the meanwhile customers came in, were seated, ordered food and their food was on table as I continue to wait. A customer came in and placed a take out order while I stand waiting. He got his food and left. Not one time when arriving to pick my order up did anybody greet me or asked if I had been helped. Finally, after 60 minutes, I asked the server who took my order if she knew how much longer. She asked the name the order was under. Here my order had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. Had one worker that walked past me as I stand next to the counter asked. if I had been helped. What did they think a guy standing by the counter for 45 minutes was standing there for. They were not busy at all. 1st time and last time I order at this location.
I order at the Little Rd location about twice a month. They are fast, friendly and have excellent service. The food is good, price is good. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Little Rd location. The service will make it worth it alone. Little Rd is always busy and still get over the top service.

Ordered 2 subs to go,1 was a steak and cheese that was ok, 2nd was a ham and cheese. Upon getting home all that was on the ham and cheese was a few slices of ham and a few slices of cheese absolutely nothing else
Called the restaurant and asked why the gentleman told me you need to tell them exactly what you want on it.i have never ordered a sub from anywhere and it didn't have lettuce, tomato, onions, spices, and oil and vinegar.
The excuse they used was I may not like some of those things so I need to ask for them. They are next to Publix so this is a 1 and done.
