They gave me the wrong chicken after I checked to see what they gave me And went back through dude threw out the best piece of chicken that was in the box and left me the one with raw flour all over it I tried picking over it so I didn’t waste my money I didn’t want to go back and complain then I see a damn hair on the food my stomach turned upside down That’s what made me do this review is the damn hair!

I ordered 2 mashed potatoe poppers and received cold, hard old ones with nasty gravy. I paid for 2 biscuits & didn’t even receive those. Terrible experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend this location to any friends or family. Very sad ! Overall paid 22$ and didn’t eat any of it. The only good thing was the Baja blast drink.

I placed an online order tonight and went to pick it up at this KFC location. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the staff had no idea what was going on. I got halfway home before realizing they likely forgot the cake I ordered—and sure enough, it wasn’t in the bag. I had to turn around and go back to get it.
Once I finally got home, I went to grab the chicken tenders I had specifically ordered—only to find they had stuffed bone-in chicken into a small tender box that wouldn’t even close. It wasn’t what I ordered, and it made no sense. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered the phone.
This was hands down the most unprofessional and disorganized fast food experience I’ve ever had. Two major mistakes in one order, no customer service, and no way to get help. Do yourself a favor and skip this location—drive the extra 10–15 minutes to a different KFC. This one is not worth your time or money.

I would rate this experience as completely unsatisfactory. My previous positive experiences with KFC have been replaced by significant concerns regarding this particular location's operational efficiency and customer service. The order was inaccurate, the staff exhibited unprofessional conduct, and the food quality was substandard; the eight-piece original recipe chicken was cold and appeared to be either burnt or reheated, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the gravy container leaked. This resulted in a deeply disappointing dining experience.

After a long day on my way home from work, I stopped by KFC to get a two-piece thigh dinner. Upon getting home I discovered one thigh and one breast. Personally, I do not like white meat chicken at all. Was quite disappointed to see that they mistook a breast for a thigh. Maybe to teach the employees the Different cuts of chicken!?!?! Or possibly use different bins for the different cuts? Make a change!!
I ordered on DoorDash and they were out of chicken so I had to call DoorDash and ask for a refund. Like this makes no sense.

Okay so first off, i cant believe i gotta write this review. Through any food delivery, i dont recommend this place, they be playin with you. I got no straws, no specific sizes for any of the food, no forks, and no condiments. Which is a JOKE, yall be careful out here😭💔💔 i dont be paying more for sum i dont get, thank god i got some money back but this is trashy.
