This is the worst possible KFC to ever exist like please explain to me how multiple times a week this place has absolutely NO CHICKEN and i mean literally nothing not even half the drinks are available. This place should be shut down

Got the $20 meal come for two potatoes they told me I could swap out the one potato for coleslaw which they didn’t and I got two potatoes and the biscuits were so hard they would they would’ve made good target practice but you really need something that would but if you hit it, I had a previous encounter there too. I just set in line for almost 20 minutes. They didn’t. They were out of original chicken, which they didn’t tell me till I got to the window and paid I tried to change it tenders, but they said they couldn’t do that and I said why they say we’re not corporate here. We don’t have to switch food never go back there again. It was awful convenient right beside Sam club the one on down on 19 on the right a couple miles is a 10 times better

I am very upset with the way my son was treated when he went to grab my mobile order. The person that helped him made him go get the phone from the car so he could show him the order before handing it to him. Why assume he was trying to take someone else’s order. Usually I never get asked to show my phone at all. Then before he hand my son the order a girl walks in ask him for her order and he did not ask her for her phone to check her order. My son is the most humble person you will ever meet. He felt offended but kept his mouth shut because he has respect for others. I will not be ordering from this location from here on.

I ordered a four piece dinner original recipe and asked for a second biscuit instead of a drink. The lady at the payment window repeated the order but shame on me for not checking before leaving. When I got home, I had a three piece meal, crispy - not original and only one biscuit. The food was good but not what I wanted. Next time I will sit at the pickup window and look in the box.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to be told at the speaker they're not allowed to give me my mobile order through the window. I went inside and waited again just for them to pull my order from a counter right near the drive thru window. What kind of policy is this? Have you considered your physically disabled customers who might not be able to get out and walk inside? Ridiculous.

Prices are just ridiculous anymore! I had gotten some crazy drink that was supposed to be a sprite with some flavored something or other and it looked spoiled as when milk goes bad! I guess no iced tea anymore. Sad

The food was ok. The service here is awful. I ordered online for pickup, my kids were in swimsuits and no shoes, waited in the drive thru line only to be told I need to go inside the store for mobile orders. Someone needs to tell them that mobile orders aren't always doordash. There's no reason that woman couldn't have handed me my bag of food 😒
