This location is the worst! I went one time at 6p.m. and was told they didn't have chicken. The "night time manager" blamed the day crew saying they forgot to cook the chicken. Then last night, 3/02 we tried again. Still no chicken! We asked why? The Lady said "because our only cook is taking his half hour break and nobody else knows how to cook the chicken" REALLY???

Can’t fulfill orders half the time, I tried to call before heading to the store for a pickup uber order and they hung up before even talking. Management is a joke here, I know it’s kfc so the bar is low already but wow. Needs new ownership / management asap

"I want to give a big shoutout to everyone at this location! The customer service was absolutely exceptional. From the person who took my order to the one who handled the payment and handed me my food, everyone was incredibly friendly and efficient. I visited around lunchtime, at 12:30 PM, and even during the rush, the team maintained an upbeat attitude and seamless service. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. They deserve a raise for their hard work and dedication! Thank you for the awesome service!"

I am very disappointed i just want my refund I ordered from here January 24 around 9pm and as I’m eating my food I look down at the biscuit to see that there’s mold on the biscuit and stuff floating in my drink and the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through this kfc in this area freaking sucks this is the 3rd time I tried to eat KFC in this area and they didn’t make it right port richey is just a poor ass area they can’t even afford to hire people who can fully cook or fry chicken how simple yall just better pray I don’t get sick

I remember why I don't eat KFC.! Just Sayin' greasy nasty just yuck chicken.
The price of the chicken has gone up so dramatically that we cannot even afford to eat it anymore.And it was very tasteless dry overcooked.I guess no one's eating it so it must have been sitting there all day!!!! Not even a hint of the Eleven herbs and spices!!!! KFC. Has come off of our list of restaurants to choose from for a cheap quick dinner!!

My husband and I are KFC club members and we received a scannable coupon for chicken fingers. The girl at the register said that they can’t accept it because they don’t have a scanner. We have run into this before at another location but the manager just keyed it in. When my husband asked the manager to input it and said they had done it before she told him to go there then. She was absolutely the rudest person and my husband was so very kind. It infuriates me that a so called manager can tell a customer to go somewhere else You as a corporation need to go into that location in the evening and see what goes on. I would never go back there and probabnot to KFC again

Had 2 piece dark meal asked for extra crispy got home and it was original had 2 bowls with extra gravy got bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy and maybe 3 pieces of chicken

Place an online order said would be ready at 7:15 got there by 7:00 waited Go back up by 7:15 they state that somebody took our order Wait it 45 minutes after that then the chicken that we got served looks like this in undercooked very unprofessional and rude service
