The staff was unprofessional. The manager told customer order was wrong it was her fault for not checking it.. One associate said if customer got off her lazy butt to pick up order instead if delivery, it would have been cheaper. Windows so dirty you could not see out of them. Our order was taken, Saud they had it. Waited 15 minutes from time of placing order, then told it would be another 13 minutes, they were out of chicken. Git refund and left and will never return there.

Was basically thrown part of my food and told to have a nice night even though i still didn't have my entire order. Then the girl at the window was filling my drink bucket and in the middle of making it calls for someone to check the drink i just ordered because it was running out. She then proceeded to give me a whole bucket with flat soda water instead of asking if i would like something else. And then i get home with none of the sauces i ask for or the butter AND the fries were cold. The FRIES i was told i would have to wait 3 minutes for because they had to make them.....

My wife went there to get food and the chicken was disgusting the mashed potatoes were not fresh and my boss went in there and they tried to short him 5 dollars and the manager Jackie and another employee started arguing with my boss the service and quality of food has gone down Hill really bad at that location

Noticed A+ improvement in customer service from past visits. Today 3/29/24 visit at dinner time. Employees were friendly, on top of orders, excellent follow through, fast and accurate. Restaurant was clean and well stocked by soda station. My order was ready in minutes. Excellent visit hope to see you again soon.

Though the food tasted good, the potatoes definitely looked like they are made from a powder, and I found an extremely long hair cooked into my chicken. I usually try other kfcs in the area as I find their kitchen cleaner and their employees friendlier.

The chicken, was so greasy, and not cooked all the way. The dining room was dirty. When we pulled in, all the employees were outside smoking, and hanging out. We won't be going back.
