They refused to serve me for no reasons. They will never be getting my service again. The manager was rude about it. They also took a picture of my plate for no reason

Would not be coming back. Asked for condensed milk on my fresas con crema their answer was a no because it’s only for the crepes, not even would sell me a side. On top of this, i ordered two to-go lids for my fresas con crema cup and they tried charging 0.50 cents for each lid. What in this world? Just lost a customer

Shows open till 8:30, tried to swing in with the kids around 8:10-8:15 door was locked. Tried the other and it was open but we didn’t see anyone, saw chairs set up blocking. Then seen someone poke their head from the back but didn’t do or say anything so we walked back to our car. Wasn’t till then I seen a young lady walk over to the counter and look but she didn’t try to wave or gesture to come in so that was our sign to go. I try not to go to places right before closing before figured I had enough time

Place was very clean & tidy, only thing is the workers didn’t feel very warm and welcoming. Infact only one of the girls helped me and the other too sat in the corner mumbling to eachother. Otherwise an amazing experience, good enough to go again. Very affordable.

Spent almost 15.00 on 3 cups of ice cream..The ice cream was very good,but the servings ,,the scoops are ridiculously cheap..I told the girl that served us that it was extremely small the servings of ice cream and she was not interested in making us happy in any way ..we will probably not go back because of this particular incident..was also wondering if they have changed employees or owners even..

Originally 5 stars but they hired a new girl and she doesn't know how to scoop ice cream???? I ordered 2 scoops and she gave it to me In a tiny cup that was half of what a normal scoop should be. when asked why it was so small she just held up the scooper and said nothing. My appetite is spoiled and I hope to never encounter her again if I even come back

This shop is VERY authentic. I loved the horchata and the rice pudding paleta. It reminded me of my childhood.
