The over night crew bring excellent service to this store. I've been to this location at different times throughout the day and the 10pm to 6am shifts never disappoint. My order is always correct, on time and served with EXCELLENT customer service. Thea always has a great smile and attitude. Keep doing a great job. You have a customer for life.

I have gone to the new port richey mc Donald's on 54 2 times in the past month. Both times they got my order wrong. The first time they gave me a mcdouble with no onions, no pickles and extra ketchup, I dislike ketchup. It was swimming in it. Last night I ordered the daily double with easy/light mayo, again swimming in mayo. Both time my fries were cold.
My husband called and they were dismissive.
I understand that they get busy, but seriously the lack of care and accountability is concerning.

I had to edit my review on this place. I ordered breakfast through the app at 10:20 I pulled up at 10:34 they said they couldnât make it because breakfast was overâŠ. 4 minutes ago? Then the app shouldnât let me place it. This is the first time theyâve said this to me then when they ask so what do you want to do I said well if you canât make it the only thing left to do is cancel it and they asked me 4 times if I wanted them to cancel it. I said yes 4 times and they asked me AGAIN if I wanted them to cancel it. Like are you not listening? I said yes 4 times and if youâre not going to make it why would it not be canceled? Why are you asking me. I worked at the one in trinity itâs called lazy because my people would have cooked it. I hate this McDonaldâs itâs always one thing or another.

Food is inconsistent, they are constantly messing up our order whether it's drive thru or Uber eats etc. Called to speak with management and they were extremely rude and dismissive yet when my husband called- they treated him with respect about the same exact issue.

My least favorite McDonaldâs. Avoid it like the plague. I have never once gone through their drive through and had a correct order. Every time I tell myself this time will be different but they still just canât get it right. Today the only reason I stopped is because itâs in the direction Iâm going and I hyped myself up this time would be different, it wasnât. They overcharged me by $2, not even sure how that was possible. I let that go but then they left out a whole chicken nugget order. I was driving so I had my son âcheckâ while we were still in the drive though which I should have done myself. Itâs not the end of the world I just figured if someone actually reads the reviews before stopping they should seriously seek out any other McDonaldâs besides this one, and Iâm not exaggerating
