Terrible McDonalds, I had to beg someone to help me order an iced coffee. Waited forever, asked an employee for the status and was told they were working on it. Waited even longer, finally asked for a manager and was told "that's not going to help you"! I asked for a refund and left. What kind of a way is that to treat a customer?

Foods fine. Same as all average Mc Donald's in my opinion but when you order a 10 peice and you get charged for a 10 price you expect a 10 price. The drive through can't seem to understand you sometimes and I don't care how you pronounce Fanta. How many drinks sound like that? Rhetorical question. Just put in a fanta instead of making you're other customers wait an extra 30 seconds as you ask them to repeat themselves 3 times. I can understand that they deal with stressful situations but learning to handle those without coming off as not caring about your services and taking care to get things correctly is part of the job.

My experience at this place is terrible, no one has treated me badly, but every time I order a hot McCafé® Caramel Macchiato they tell me that the machine doesn't work. This hasn't happened once, or twice, or three times. In fact, I have never been able to buy one. I always have to find an alternative. I work very close by and it's terrible. I really don't like any other, just that one.

I am extremely upset and disappointed, I come here so much and spend a lot of money. And I get 3 10 pieces ALL cold, rubbery, and downright disgusting tonight. I NEVER complain even when my meat is constantly F ry here but this is just crazy. How does an order that big end up not being fresh. These nuggets had to of been sitting or at least 45 minutes before they were even given to me. Not to mention the employee working the counter who just tossed my order on the counter didn't even announce it or anything. By far worst experience I've had in awhile and I honestly don't know if I'm even going to continue coming.

I run a firework tent nearby and I had a friend. Come by two nights in a row to pick up food for me . The first night, they forgot a four piece nugget, and I called up that night and the manager put my name down to come get it the next day . The same person picked food up for me. The next day she came down to pick up more food for me on my order, I said no onions on the big mac you guessed it, they put onions on a big mac and they gave her a hard time about the four piece nugget, they finally gave it to her . I'm going to try and have somebody come down there. The next day on Christmas, and if you're open order again and have them bring back the big Mac to U that has onions on it to get a replacement of that one. I live local, and I come there very often . The shorter blonde that is a manager. That wore the reindeer antlers and the manager named cherry are the two best managers that I have dealt with there for a very long time . Merry Christmas and a happy new year to your whole staff.

Fire Justin. Terrible manager, poor customer service, asked a question regarding price and resulted with “here’s your refund it’ll even make a difference” didn’t ask for the refund asked a question about the prices of the items I questioned was a $3 different, instead said to me pull up and my manger will do a refund. Fire Justin he was unprovoked and decided to be rude for literally no reason at all. Was the night time manager some little jerk kid.

The manager Denise is extremely rude and disgusting to her employees. She downtalks them and treats them terrible. Witnessed this first hand. Get better management. We are all human and no one deserves to be treated like that. I hope this comment makes it to someone who cares.

Me and my client come to Mc Donald’s every single Wednesday and normally get Kayla who is super awesome. We are accommodated very well and I see nothing but a great atmosphere and fast thorough service from Kayla and the rest of the staff. :)

Kid-friendliness: There are little touch to play devices, open space, and fun appropriate music.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and plenty of wheelchair seating to make it easy for disabled people to have easy access.

How can you mess up a single burger order!!!!!!!!!!
This is why i went through the DRIVE THROUGH and expect EVERYTHING i ordered that I PAID for. If you do not get what you ordered and GET HOME to find out you did not. IT IS THEFT. simple effen interaction, they get my money for what i ORDERED. if one is missing or is NOT what you ordered, simply theft.

This McD is FAR (PLUTO FAR) the worst McD to go to in the NPR area. Their motto for drive through should be "if you come back, we can fix it." NO... NO... why the hell you have a DRIVE THROUGH and made me wait on top. You guys need proper management.

Don't know if it is normal here that the personal (he said his name is julio, not sure if it is true tho) argue with clients so freely. The guy literally told me 'that's your fault mama' after I came to the restaurant to ask why the app mark my pick order as finished while I was still sitting on the curbside parking spot.
