I come here often and order the same thing every time, 1 medium fry with two buffalo sauces, and 2 mcchicken sandwiches with no mayonnaise. Today I place my order through drive thru and get home. I have a small fry and 2 mcchickens with mayonnaise and no lettuce. I don’t eat mayo it literally says no mayo on the ticket. READ THE TICKETS thoroughly. Easy mistake that wouldn’t have happened if you actually took the time to read the ticket. ?

I think this location was short staffed but despite that the woman who brought us our food was very nice. However the chairs were FILTHY like someone had been putting their feet up on all of them and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. I understand being short staffed but this seems like something that has been ignored for some time now.

I don't believe this location knows what fresh fries are. Been multiple times and received cold fries. Orders hadn't been a huge issue until today. They upcharged my kids kid meal for the drink then charged separately for the wrong of the shamrock options in replacement. Wanted the shake got charged for the mcflurry. The manager seemed nervous/finicky despite that I didn't do anything to cause him any alarm. Like he was trying to de-escalate a situation that didn't need it. Just hire more competent employees who know what they're doing.

I just ordered a McChicken and when I opened the wrapper, it was JUST THE CHICKEN AND BUNS!!! No lettuce. No mayo. How can your staff mess up something SO basic???!!!

Fries were cold and burger was not plain.I said it very clearly a plain burger.And if I'm paying almost 5 dollars for fries why would you try me and give me COLD FOOD?!?!?!?!
