It was 9:20 PM when a friend and I biked to this McDonald's to dine in, knowing that indoor dining closes at 10:00 PM. When we arrived at 9:35 PM, we realized it probably wouldn’t be appropriate to dine in, so we decided to at least order inside. As we were literally 5 feet from the entrance, two of the workers quickly rushed over to lock the front doors. I tried getting their attention, but they completely ignored me and tried hiding in the back room. Knowing the drive-thru was still open until 11:00 PM, we rode our bikes through the drive-thru. When we reached the menu, they once again ignored me, so we decided to ride our bikes up to the drive-thru window. I tried getting their attention by knocking on the window to simply place an order, and they looked at me like deer caught in headlights. Finally, I was able to order my food, but lo and behold, the fries I received were cold.

I have never seen such a dirty dining area. Every table and the drink station was filthy and needed wiping down. Wasn't particularly busy while we were there.

The service was poor, no welcoming greet, no smile just plain cranky workers and the food took a while to be made considering that it wasn't busy. The food was very poor as well. The fries were cold and stale and tasted like dirty oil, ordered the Deluxe Mcrispy chicken sandwich and came smashed and mis colored as if they burnt it. The chicken was also hard dry and slightly over cooked giving it a bad taste. Don't know why they abused my sandwich and botched my fries considering I haven't given them no reason to mistreat and poorly make my food. This is not the first time this specific location had messed up or poorly made my food. They should rehire new associates who are more mature to cook proper food then immature kids who mess up our orders. I posted a picture of what my sandwich was supposed to look like compare to what I got.

50/50 on getting a sandwich made correctly ever! Mustard isn't Red, it's yellow 💛 fokes....add means make sure you put cheese on sandwich cause the customer has paid for it, not plain. But, at least management makes it half right when you bring it to their attention at times. Like they do no wrong.

Every time I visit thos location, there is either a long wait, cold food or most importantly missing items like sauce for the mcNuggets, plastic ware, jam and butter for my biscuit, ketchup or napkins. Tonight I used the app, three cars in a row were directed to park in the pick up area. Not acknowledged when stopped at the payment window to ask a question.

Don't leave without checking your order. Order has been wrong multiple times now with missing items. They don't apologize and don't seem to care. It seems like it's normal for this location.
