Stopped in at 10:35 am, waited 7 mins., then was told they were no longer serving breakfast. I thought the website says all McDonald's serve untill 11:00 am. All I wanted was a sandwich.

For almost 15 years I tried to avoid this McD, I don't know what happened within the last couple years but wow, the food is delicious and the STAFF IS FRIENDLYYYYY!!!! Only recommendation I'd have:1) Place a front counter cashier permanently and place it into your expenses for keeping customer service on top and restaurant cleanliness. Your cutting revenue by doing so. Your kiosk are for high volume times to work through long lines, shouldn't be an indication to split a cashier in half to reduce wage output. Store being filthy is not a good reflection of your hard work nor managements.2) Play area clean at all times, no exceptions. None. Clean it. And set rotational cleaning schedule one for breakfast, lunch and dinner; not just one 30 minute cleaning, in the day. This location has the highest volume of kids coming in. This is a common practice in most places like this. It can increase revenue, reviews, reduce complaints. ?Besides, who wants to slave all day, just so the store looks as such? Rather be spotless from slaving than slaving and hearing complaining.Great job!

I come here after work every night and sometimes its ok, but tonight was different. I ordered at the kiosk and then paid at the counter. They gave us our food but forgot the ranch i put on the order, and my boyfriend asked for ranch. Keep in mind they were fooling around and jumping on each other. A girl gave us ranch, threw it on the table, then went back to her coworkers and proceeded to loudly mock my boyfriend asking for ranch in a high pitched mocking-type voice. People like that should not work in customer service.

Went through the drive thru as I ordered 10 piece nuggets, 2 coffee and 2 ice teas. My only complaint with my order, is that I really wish they would date and time when their tea is made and after idk maybe 6-8 hours, if not already remade, that Mc Donald's employees would remake the ice tea. Because the 2 large teas I received yesterday evening around 2100, was stronger than the coffee I used to drink in the military! And just to give you an example of the strength of the coffee in the military, while catching a ride with my unit on the way to the Persian Excursion I had purchased a plastic cup with the name in the ship on it. By the time we made it to the Gulf, and just prior to my unit catching a helo to the area we were to first report to, I was pouring a cup of coffee into above said cup I purchased when one of the members of my unit started laughing saying I couldn't even hit my cup as coffee was pouring into the deck. I looked at my cup then stopped pouring coffee. And when I looked inside my cup I saw that the coffee had eventually made a hole into the bottom of my cup!! I showed this to the person who had made a comment to me. We both just stared at the bottom of the cup, then our OIC came by and stopped asking what we were doing, as I was holding up the line for other people to get a cup of joe. When I showed him my cup and explained everything. My OIC, told me that is how I know I am getting a great cup of coffee, because it is strong enough to melt a hole through a plastic cup (and this was a sturdy large plastic cup like you would purchase at a store (as I had purchased it from the Ship's commissary!!

Store super dirty manager always at a table doing something instead of helping his employees when swamped I asked him to clean a table in play area so my son and I can sit down and eat he instead ask someone who is running food outside to cars and taking orders at front counter to clean it instead as he goes and packs my food typically I wouldn’t care who does what but obviously the manger should of been the one cleaning the tables because he didn’t pay attention to the items I had ordered and only gave me what he wanted my receipt said correct things so this was clearly him not paying attention accidents happens but multiple items NOT correct isn’t accidental it’s pure lazy and not paying attention I ordered a hamburger happy meal got nuggets I went got it switched and he took the nuggets back I didn’t want them obviously but they shouldn’t cross back to others people food as that’s a health code violation!! Went back to the seat to eat my food noticed another item wrong receipt correct but I didn’t get the right item place has 2.5 stars and it shows why should be under new management maybe someone that cares!

I was a little disappointed with the food. The Big Mac isn't what it used to be. For starters the sandwich was slightly bigger before inflation hit. I understand it is not this store's fault. It's the economy. The food was good, the French fries were hot and not very salty. All in all a good experience.

Waited in the 2nd drive through lane for someone to take my order while the 1st lane kept moving cars through. I pulled up to the window to let them know the 2nd lane may not be working and to see if I could just order at the window. The cashier said "I can't take your order here. My manager wants you to drive around and go back through the drive thru". I drive around to the exit instead. What happened to this place? Used to be decent a few years ago.

Bought a fish combo lg fries plus another lg fries and drove home 2 minutes my fries where cold. This is not fair when you pay 15$ and change and your order is cold. Plus store was empty and maybe 5 vehicles in drive-thru sad!!!
